It takes 12 weeks for others to make out the difference. So let's join in with weekly weigh ins and motivate one another to conquer our dreams. I increased from 164 lbs to 183 lbs in a span of 3 months after an accident... As I would only eat, sleep and watch TV... So I'm done with those bulges again..and gonna shred it in 3 months and get back into my favourite dress... Thanks once again..1 -

This is my first post here, but count me in too! I'm embarrassed that I am the heaviest I have ever been and need true motivation to get down to where I want to be (135 lbs).

I return to work in April- long shifts - so very apprehensive about maintaining consistency and not stress eating/ wanting more sugar, carbs and wine from lack of time and sleep. I tend to ‘reward’ myself with eating out, quick fix meals despite having beautiful food in my fridge. It’s also a HUGE challenge to keep hydrated at work.😓
I haven’t been below 170lbs since 2013!! I really want to keep going with this as I’m feeling so good and proud of myself.
