    I started this challenge all full of motivation and everything.
    It is hard! I cut out coffee creamer and it is a struggle every day- I'man all or nothing coffee drinker, but boy do I miss creamer. Not snacking when around a grazer is the worst. My husband is a grazer and drives me crazy with his munching all day. I have no tips to share but I can empathize!

    I'm addicted to coffee with sugar.... It's next to impossible for me to stay without it. So I tried to punish myself with the same coffee.. by drinking it without sugar. So I literally think to myself that I can live without it than drinking that bitter coffee...

    Keep trying things... JUST DONT GIVE UP....

    I haven’t been below 170lbs since 2013!! I really want to keep going with this as I’m feeling so good and proud of myself.

    I hope it’s not too late to join. I’ve gained some weight since 2019 and I finally need to get serious about taking it off.

    Goals
    -move 30 minutes each day
    -log all food and drink
    -stay within calorie budget
    -stand for 50% to 100% of day while at my desk
    -log at least 8000 steps per day
    -drink more water

    Hi guys !

    I d love to join you a bit late. I can't seem to stick to my deficit, even for a day.. I definitely need a support group.
    I dont have much to lose but it is really hard. I was bulimic for 13 years and since my recovery (purge free for 8 months now yaaay) I gained weight but I feel very uncomfortable in my skin and would love to lose some of it in a healthy way

    Goals
    -stay within calorie budget !!!!

    Very happy with the progress so far. Logged 100% every day, expended an average of 2250 calories (according to fitbit) and it shows on the scales. Still not sleeping well due to an old shoulder injury that wakes me up at night. No1 priority is better sleep.

    I started this challenge all full of motivation and everything. I am still tracking everything but I keep going over my calories every day. I don't track until after I eat and I realize how much everything is. I find I eat too much during the day and there is not enough calories left over for dinner. I'm just struggling. My boyfriend is thin and can eat anything and everything in sight, and he snacks CONSTANTLY and I find it really hard to say no. I'm just struggling and thought I would come here to hopefully find the spark again.

    I feel u. I am also struggling with sticking to my calories. I am never full with the calorie limit i set for myself to lsoe weight reeeeeally slowly.. I am constantly thinking about food.
    My husband loses weight so easily when he decides to. He can literally stop eating no problem at all, no cravings no nothing ! It just pisses me off sometimes that I can't be like that.
    Anyway, stay strong and positive and try to find substitutes to his snacks so that you can still enjoy without going too much over.

    Have you ever considered flavoring drops ? I use Myprotein flavoring drops with my coffee and i think theyre pretty good. Maple & toffee are my favorites so far. Give it a go and see if it helps

    I'm happy with that. I stuck to my kcals for 6 days but yesterday was mother's day in Ireland and I did not stick to my kcals.

    I fill in my diary the night before- i find it easier to get through a day when I know what I'm having for each meal in advance.

    This week I'm going to stick to 1500 for 6 days, 2000 one day (my husband's birthday). I'm going to try to increase my walking as one of my children is back in school from today. I'm going to continue planning my food the day before.
