I lost some weight before, but gained it all back during winter. Now I really want to get back on track. I am so in.

Updated. I wish I could lose more It was a great week nonetheless. I am working out roughly 45mins/ day (cardio + strength training) and I am walking 10,000 steps a day in the evenings. Tracking food regularly.

I'm okay with a pound a week. Better to be one down than one up! Did not get to exercise the way i wanted last week due to the pain in my hip/leg so I'm glad to be down 1 pound!

Tough week. My 80+ yo mom had covid exposure and has symptoms. Took her for testing and waiting on results. Due to my job I have to quarantine until we get her results.
