Wooooo Hooo I made it to two gym classes today!!!! 1 hour Zumba and 1 hour cycling class!!!!!! burned close to 1100 calories!!! I feel great!!!! But I am packing to go out of town for work and need to sit for a few and catch a DVR show :ohwell: I will add my numbers soon. I get to stay at the beach, not bad for having to work :glasses: There are 118 steps down to the beach then I plan to walk run!!!
