I love the weight loss you can get in the first week of dieting. Even if it is only mostly water weight gone, I'll still take it!
I actually started the diet/exercise thing on 9/1 at 202.4. So, I'm off to a good start! Good luck everyone! Week 2 here we come......

A good start. I'm aiming for a steady 1 pound per week. If I get there early, I'll do maintenance.
The first week is always the toughest until the hunger eases up. I will be able to exercise a little more this week. I turned 47 this year and my digestion seems to work better when I eat less. I found out this year that I am lactost intolerant, so cutting out milk has helped a lot. I am trying to set a pattern of eating light for the rest of my life so I feel better and stay lean.0 -
