    03/13 DNW no exercise today and still struggling with food choices because weather is too cool and windy. We did have some great weather day’s last week.
    03/14 195.7 Got in a short workout today which is better than Saturday. I need to cut the sugar right now but we need to be healthy in my entire household. I am trying though.
    03/15 196.3 TOM is approaching. Maybe by the end of this round I’ll see a loss.

    3/14-170-I am so glad to be back; I’ve been so busy. Last weekend, my girlfriend came here with 10 quilt tops and we quilted them and put binding on them. They are “comfort quilts” that our quilt guild gives to a person who has lost a loved one or has a sickness. We ate and drank our selves silly while working on the quilts. Then, our near by quilt shops had a “shop hop” that I worked at for three days. We usually get takeout food, but I brought my healthy lunch every day and felt so good.
    3/15-170-Whew! Friends had us over for corned beef, chips dips and all, I drank lots of water and came out OK.
    3/16-DNW-Hoping to get a walk in
    this morning before I head to a garden meeting. Sunshine today!!!
    3/22-170-Glad it’s Monday and we will be starting a new round.

    03/13 …..207.2 ….. Daughter and 3 yr old grandson moved in last night after family feuding. For a short time or for much longer? I don’t know yet but this will definitely put my meals even more out of whack! I’ll have to figure this out! The plus side, more time with them and lots of extra steps.     03/15 …..207.2 ….. Not doing well on the diet with the houseful of people daily. Between family moving in and the renovation crew, my life is upside down! Doing my best here but I just don’t have the space, the energy or the privacy I need to cook multiple dinners, lunches, etc. I already cook 2 different ones per meal due to my son’s autism and eating disorders. I’m not going to throw my hands up. I will find the answers.


    03/16 …..207.0 ….. A bit surprised to see this after Chinese leftovers yesterday. Tomorrow is travel back to my attorney for Will & Trust things again. Lunch will be out. She is far from home.

    03/17 …..xxxxx ….. DNW. In such a hurry for travel this morning (also dealing with DGS the scale never crossed my mind. Lunch was out. The best Pizza I have ever had which came highly recommended for the city I was going to. Thank Goodness I live far from THAT pizza restaurant!

    03/18 …..207.4 ….. Whew! It could have been worse! This I can handle! Tonight is our St. Patty’s Day Dinner which was pushed back a day due to my travel yesterday. Sharing with quite a few so my portions will be forced to be minimal. That is a good thing!

    03/19 …..207.4 ….. Grateful and surprised for no change after a high-sodium corned beef dinner last night. Will it slowly creep in during the coming days? Time will tell but I will continue pushing water today. Babysitting DGS all day so I will be moving all day. He’s 3.

    03/20 …..207.0 ….. Back to where I started, which I suppose is in the right direction, but a bit disappointing at this stage of the challenge. Last night was leftover Corned beef dinner which I kept pretty light. I really pushed the water. Tomorrow is my DGS’s 2nd birthday. He lives about an hour away and it will be at a hall. I hope there will be mask-wearing. I am so close to my first covid19 shot on Thursday. The clinic is about 1 ½ hours away and I am transporting other friends and family too.

    03/21 …..208.4 ….. Not the best choices yesterday but definitely under calorie. This is the TMI/potty waiting game.

    03/22 …..207.4 ….. I had NO IDEA that this was the end of the round! Wow, that went fast. I went to my DGS birthday party. It was held about an hour away out-of-town near where he lives. It was large, in a hall, and turned out very nice. It was all unhealthy food and goodies. I kept it reasonable and it really helped the scale this morning. Congrats to all with goals met. I will meet you all in the next round!

    03/01 – 11,051 Steps yesterday. The most steps in a very long time. Certainly the most since my retirement!
    03/02 - 6,181 Steps yesterday. It was a busy day with the remodel. Full house.
    03/03 - 4,937 Steps yesterday. Unexpected travel with lots of car rides. I keep my fitbit on my non-dominate wrist, not my ankle, so I know I actually got in over 10,000 with ALL the shopping. However, I had no time for any extra planned exercise yesterday so I am grateful for the steps in the big box stores.
    03/04 - 6,589 It was a paperwork day. Not as much movement or as many steps as I would have liked.
    03/05 - 4,276. Another paperwork day as I prepped for my attorney appointment today for my will & trust (and other matters). Travel today will bring light steps for tomorrow also.
    03/06 - 7,489 Traveled but still got in some steps.
    03/07 – 6,827 Steps. I should have tried harder. I probably could have gotten more in. I have been doing some planned stairs in the house though.
    03/08 - 7,092 Steps. I had a sit-down meeting last night so getting more steps in was impossible. I am shocked, actually, that I got in this many!
    03/09 - 8,217 Steps.
    03/10 - 7,123 Steps. I had a movie night last night.
    03/11 - 8,635 Steps and I worked for every one of them intentionally!
    03/12 - 8,672 Steps.
    03/13 -10,237 Steps chasing active grandson.
    03/14 - 8,726
    03/15 - 7,164 Steps. Still getting them from inside home.
    03/16 - 7,546 Steps. Snow today. Grandson visiting other relatives so I will have to get those steps another way and not from chasing him! LOL.
    03/17 – 11,857 Steps. That is what grandchildren will do to you sometimes LOL!
    03/18 - 6,571 Steps. Surprised it wasn’t more!
    03/19 - 7,835 Steps.
    03/20 - 10,310 Steps. These came naturally with the babysitting and household tasks I had. I wish they came that easy every day.
