The top is today, March 6
The bottom is from two months ago on Jan 1. 25 pound difference and doing body weight exercising.

when I started working out last april vs now - roughly same weight50 -
This isn't even my high weight - just one of the last pictures of me I have - probably 20lbs lighter than my highest weight..
This is recent/current.
If not my clothes no longer fitting I would have sworn there was no difference. Pictures though blow my mind, and I'm sharing BECAUSE my mind is blown, good grief.

I am currently 244lbs wearing size 18 pants. I still have a long way to go but I'm proud of what I accomplished. I thought I would never get this far.

Ten month transformation. I went from 382lbs to 249 and still going. I finally found a before pic of me that my boss had.58
