Just Give Me 10 Days - Round 147

Hi again!
First round for me !
Also I should mention that this is the first time I am trying keto ! We'll see how it goes!!!
Female, 36 yrs old 1.65cm ( 5' 5'') . I reached my highest ever weight at 70,7 kgr (155.9 lbs) and I have started a slow but steady effort!
Hopefully, this challenge -alongside everyone- will speed things up a bit!
SW: 68.3 kgr (150.6 lbs)
GW: 64.3 kgr (141.8 lbs)
UGW: 54 kgr (119 lbs) by August 2021
Eighth Day Weigh in
04/12 68.50 kgr (150.6 lbs)
04/13 68.00 kgr (149.9 lbs) Ok... I could not believe my eyes -half a kilo in a day! I guess it was the keto shock to the system! First time doing anything like that... Just taking it a day at a time!
04/14 68.00 kgr (149.9 lbs) No change whatsoever!!! Xmmmm..... I would like to see at least a 67,9kgr - for phycological reasons!! Anyway, I guess it was because I only had a very light workout and the last meal was at 21:15!! Even though I was under my daily calories.... Alas... Tomorrow is a new day!!!
04/15 67.60 kgr (149.0 lbs) Yeah!!!! Hello sweet 67!!! One hour of yoga practice yesterday and I managed to have my last calories at 20:30 last night!! I also upped my water intake … A day at a time!! I realise now that perhaps my GW of 64.3 ( 4kgr, 8 lbs lose)for the 10 days keto might be a tad unrealistic!!!
04/16 67.20kgr (148.2 lbs) !!!!!! I had to get on my scale two times to make sure that the number I was seeing was not just wishful thinking!!! Hehehehehehe.... Wow.. First time that I have lost more than 1 kgr (>2.2 lbs) in four days! I am astounded not only by the loss, but from the fact that I ‘m not that hungry or I don’t have ‘’what to eat next’’ on my mind all the time.. Of course, I am aware that it is the beginning and it is ok if at some point I will not lose any weight, at least until my body gets ‘’ accustomed’’ to the process, but I will enjoy the journey!!!
04/17 DNW
04/18 DNW
04/19 66.70 kgr (147 lbs) WOW!! Happy 66!!! :D I am more than surprised by that number! Even though I did get my yoga in, on Saturday and watched my carb intake, I always have trouble on Sundays because we eat all the family together with yummy temptations!!! So, I succumbed to some fried zucchini!!!! So worth it!! Everyone, let’s have a great week!!!! :)
04/20 66.70 kgr (147 lbs) No change and that is ok!!! Slow and steady!! Final day tomorrow!!

04/20 - 146.3 - Banished the bloat. Mostly. What's left will hang around a few more days, but the worst of it should be over. Unfortunately I had a bit of a stomach ache yesterday morning so I broke my fast for some toast. Felt so so much better after that. Did pull off drinking 90oz, though, and feeling better getting back to that. The toast also helped with getting my workout in and pushing harder than expected and planned. Definitely wanted to take it easier in case I started feeling unwell, but it never happened. Also think, along with the water push, the exercise helped with the worst of the bloat which, in turn, helped with the tummy issues. Crazy how all interconnected it is!
04/21
Previous Day's Comments04/12 - No hugs, it's expected. Combination of factors: 2 days of slight dehydration with limited water/bathroom breaks and 90 degrees, full sunlight, no shade; full body soreness; large, late dinner to make up for lack of food all day. Hopefully I can get back on track in the next couple of days. I'm pushing my workout to tomorrow since I'm still very sore today and need to rehydrate fully, first. Depending on weather, I'll try for a walk with the pup. It isn't much, but it IS gentle movement.
04/13 - No hugs, part of the rehydration process. I got my 90oz in and feeling a little better. Still bloated, but my body will realize soon enough I'm giving it plenty and drop the excess water weight. Need to get fasting back in line with goals. Last night was super late because my old phone got randomly stuck in a reboot loop so I had to run to Verizon and get a new one before they closed. Today I have no excuses to not be on track. Also knocking out my workout here in a few minutes before work gets too hectic.
04/14 - Alright, get in gear, Cam. Log your food and water. Track your fast. Do the workout (2 more before weekend, aiming for today and Friday). Things are happening, Cam, but they're slow because you're slacking. We got this. Let's do this! Today is the day, NOT tomorrow. TODAY. Okay, end pep talk. Not sure fasting yesterday. Wasn't long. Got about 90oz, though, which is good progress. Still rehydrating and allowing my body time to bounce back from that (PATIENCE CAM.....) I have broccoli to use up and some leftover wild turkey for lunch. Not sure on dinner, as usual. I guess I'll find out at dinner (which makes it hard to plan and track appropriately but I've managed alright in the past. It's not an excuse to go off the rails.
04/15 - Still moving on down. Rather surprised at this since we had last minute dinner plans change and ended up eating wings. Was delicious, and even better seeing a loss today. Fasted 16 hours, drank 85oz water. Did my workout yesterday and it was leg focused so I'm a tad sore in the booty/hammies. Hopefully I'll recover enough for tomorrow's workout. Stormy today so not much getting done outside. Ended up spending a chunk yesterday repotting my tomatoes and anaheim chilis. I need to get more soil to repot my habaneros since I think their growth is stunted in the small pots now. Hopefully this weekend will clear up and I can do that.
04/16 - Asian food. It may be homemade, but there was still plenty of salt involved. Glad I'm not up more. No clue what today has in store so I'm going to try to play it safe for lunch just in case. Need to get my workout in at some point, but not sure when or how. I didn't wake up before BF (since its my day off) so I couldn't knock it out before he was up and moving. I'll find a way. Fasted 15.5hrs, drank 90oz water.
04/17 - Yesterday was madness. Didn't get my usual workout in, but DID do some manual labor at the land pulling tree limbs, stacking brush, and burning piles until the rain came back in. Fitbit didn't register it as a workout, but I got a lot of Zone Minutes which is the primary goal. Ended up grabbing lunch on the way and then dinner was a last minute affair of diced steak with rice and steamable veggies in a bowl. Not terrible, but not ideal. Fasted 16hrs, only got 64 oz of water which I need to correct today. I'll be outside a good chunk of the afternoon and it's chilly so hopefully I'll shiver or bounce around to burn off some extra calories haha!
04/18 - DNP
04/19 - Didn't get the chance to post yesterday, it was a busy busy day. Pre-TOM bloat is hitting me verrrry hard this morning. Also extremely tired. BF has off this week so he'll be out of the house and I can postpone my workout until later when I wake up more, thankfully. Hopefully getting in a workout will help with the bloating a bit, too. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. We shall see. Plan on hitting the garden to repot my habaneros and get things ready for my bell peppers and jalapenos in the seed starter. Don't think they're quite big enough yet, but they're getting close to needing new pots. My mom and I started a new blog, too. Not sure if y'all would be interested but I'll throw it out for anyone curious. www.momandgoose.com (:

I like to track averages due to my wild fluctuations. For the same reason, I like to weigh daily so I can see the lows from time to time. It gives me hope.
Round 147
Month/Day: Exercise / Comment
04/12: DNW
Broken Scale. Just trying to do the right thing without any “wishful thinking.” I fizzled out posting and reading the last two days of round 146 due to scale problem and family “problem” of house guests and unbridled munching.
It will be interesting to see what number pops up on a new scale.
04/13: DNW
Keep fighting the good fight everyone!
04/14: 213.8 - 15 stone 3.8 pounds 😊
OK I am back in the saddle with a lot of rocks in my saddle bags and have to say I am not surprised at the reading. I went 7 days without a scale and smack-dab in the middle was a weekend with guests.
Time to get busy catching up and preparing for a getaway planned for early May.
04/15: 212.6
Good morning everyone!
Got my second shot yesterday along with DW. She is not reacting well at all… I am doing well.
04/16: 212.2
I expected better than this based on yesterday’s intake. I think I may have an explanation...
DW feeling a bit better this morning.
04/17: 212.6
Up a notch because of salt. We had a frozen pizza last night to celebrate DW amazing recovery yesterday. Today she is as good as new!
04/18: 212.8
Yesterday was busy! And somewhat over my calorie goal.
04/19: 214.4
Ugh. I think I am eating too much and retaining EVERYTHING.
04/20: 214.4
This is hard to explain. I may just me living under a new paradigm with this new replacement scale. (or I may just be living an unexamined life) Probably the latter. Pushing forward.

4/12 – 200 – 10,163 steps yesterday. Camping this weekend and TOM. Still really depressing looking at the scale.
4/13 – 200.2 – 10,533 steps yesterday. Wow. Just wow. Way to go, fatso. Still my TOM, but typically the water weight drops when it starts. So, I guess this is my weight now and I’ll need to start over. Weight loss goals adjusted again.

4/18 – 199.4 – 15,314 steps yesterday. Second vaccination on Friday and not 100% since then. Eating habits really, really bad lately. I know I need to take control.
4/19 – 195.2 – 10,221 steps yesterday, fasted. I’m getting whiplash. Focus today on eating in moderation and watching the sodium.

04/12 197 Uhhhhh. Very lazy yesterday.
04/13 197 No change. I am very disappointed. I am still swollen but not as much as I was. I was more active yesterday but still over indulged. It is so easy to fall down the rabbit hole with carbs and sugar.
04/14 195.9 TOM is still kicking my butt which accounts for extra heaviness.
04/15 195.4 It’s something. No walk during lunch for 2 days in a row, but I got in 10 minutes last night.

04/20 195.5 My Saturday night outing was with some friends who all said “How good I look, how much weight I’ve lost” but I am frustrated by the loss and gain of the 4 or 5lbs lately. However sometimes I have to remember to give myself credit for my success. I am 28lbs less than I was a year ago today. The 10 day challenges keep me from really go off the rails. It keeps me going. So a big thank you to all! You keep me ground it. I might falter or stumble along this journey but I have not fallen off.

R147 Goals — walk more 🏃🏻♀️ Calorie goal <1400.
My scale readings bounced up 4 pounds when I changed batteries, so I didn’t suddenly gain 4+ pounds. I didn’t want to write that down but, other than the horror of gaining, what difference does it make? So I’m going with the new readings, dammit. I’m lowering my calories goal by 100 to see if that breaks the stalemate without going too low (I actually think 1400 is too low but...).
Day/Weight Change/Calories/Comment
4/12 - 188.8 - 2134 🤯
I had a relapse bout of emotional eating last night, as in “I kept to my goals for the past 10 days and gained so ppffftttt” eating stupid stuff, but I’m back on track today, with meals planned. I’ve also decided to recast my calorie goal as a limit, not a goal, and if I get through dinner with very low calories, not feel I need to make up the dif to guard my metabolism, which is clearly already screwed up. I’m pretty depressed about all this regain right now (8# from this time last year, 50 from 3 years ago 🤬), not least because I don’t seem to have any warm-weather clothes that fit & I hate that I need to go buy some fat clothes. Ok, enough, and no, I don’t want any cheese with my whine. My goal this round is to lose something, anything!
4/13 - 188.8 - 1406
I managed to keep my calories lower, so there’s that. It’s a beautiful day for a long walk and some more weeding/grass removal from garden beds. Have a lovely, everyone!
4/14 - 190 - 1745
Ugh. DH brought pizza home and I did not stifle myself. Too much food, too much salt. I can’t believe I’ve let myself gain this much (even if some is my scale shifting upward with new batteries). Maybe I need to see a shrink. I’m so torn between not wanting to buy back into diet mentality on the one hand and wanting to stop gaining, start losing on the other. Just fed up with myself.
4/15 - 188.2 - 1537
Ok, not bad. A few more calories than I wanted, but ok. I think I’ve flushed most of the salt at least.
4/16 - 187.6 - 1367
Yesterday was a good day. 😁
4/17 - 187.8 - 1516
Still wrestling with calories, but my macros are better, %’s hanging around P20, F35, C45. I haven’t eliminated evening snacks, but I’ve planned better for them. It’s been a bit chilly, but I’ve gotten some walks in plus garden work (expanding some beds). I’m really looking forward to warm weather!
4/18 - 188 - 1525
Nothing much to report. 😁 Happy Sunday, all.
4/19 - 187.6 - 1546
Planning to enjoy today outdoors as much as possible as tomorrow it’s dropping below freezing with strong possibility of snow. No!!! I think I may gather a big bouquet of tulips & daffodils this afternoon rather than letting them freeze. My forget-me-nots opened yesterday — I love them. Can’t cover everything. Here are a few shots of my garden yesterday. Have a great week, everyone!
4/20 - 187 - 1440
I decided to change tactics a few days ago. Since I can’t seem avoid all food in the evening, and to be honest I enjoy having something around 9 since we tend to eat early, I’ve been having very light lunches and no afternoon snacks so that I have calories left at night. Seems to be working. Now I’m off to gather a bouquet of daffodils and tulips before tonight’s freeze. We’re supposed to get 2-6 inches of snow! Aaaackkkk! But it won’t last, so there’s that. 🌷🌨🌷❄️🌷

I am a 20 year old college student who recently let themselves go over quarantine as well as the freshman 15 and I'm hoping to lose some of that weight before my third year roles around. My overall goals over these challenges are to better my relationship with exercise and food while losing some pounds in the processRound 146: 181.1 (-5.1)
SW: 181.1
CW: 176.0
GW: 160.0lbs before August 2021
Day/Weight/Comment
04/12: 176.0 ... I was honestly looking forward to weighing in this morning. I tried out a new recipe for dinner last night but I had a hard time figuring out what the calorie count would be. I'm aiming for an 800 calorie deficit (after exercise) so I'm not 100% sure if my logging last night was accurate for food. Seeing no change was great. This week is smack dab in the middle of exam season, plus moving out of my current house, so it'll be interesting to see how my weight fluctuates as we go along.
04/13: 175.3
04/14: 175.4 ... TOM, so not expecting any big losses this round
04/15: 176.3 ... my roommates made charcuterie last night and I may have overindulged. Oh well, it's been one night of not being in a calorie deficit for close to two weeks now, I figure one night is fine and it hasn't set me off track by that much. I also avoided the wine that came with it, so I'll take the little victories and onto the next day! Have a big exam in Cell Biology today but still planning on going for a run to work off the frustration I'm sure will come with it... other than that, up the water intake, and there's no more yummy cheese in the house to tempt me.
04/16: 173.3 ... that's more like it. Hopefully this isn't a fluke.
04/17/; 176.0 ... annnnnd we're back. I binged a bit last night. Was still within my calories but didn't have enough of a deficit. I'm hoping TOM has something to do with it.
04/18: 175.0 ... my weight fluctuates so much ughhhh. Hopefully I can get back to the 16th's weight before the end of the challenge. Last exam is today so after today I'll be upping my training to include daily weight training as well as running. Can't wait until the gyms open back up and I can get back to lifting.
04/19: 174.3
04/20: 175.7 ... so frusturating, but still technically a loss so I'll take it. Been a busy couple days with moving so my eating hasn't been the greatest.

4/12 - 125.4 - Happy 40th birthday to me! 🥳 I am so, so happy today. If you had told me on this day last year that today I’d be 40 lbs lighter, able to run a 5K without stopping, able to hold a full plank for 2+ minutes and able to do 3-4 full push-ups, I would have laughed. I owe a ton to this group and all the support - it’s still hard to believe how far I’ve come. The process really can work! We can do this! I’m in the best shape I’ve been since college and so much happier and healthier than I was. I got to sit outside in the sun with two friends yesterday for a picnic birthday brunch - it almost felt normal. Both my husband and I have our first vaccine and are scheduled for #2 at the end of this month. I have two amazing kids who I have the incredible privilege of getting to raise and teach each day - they even made Mommy a special birthday cake with TONS of sprinkles (Daddy helped with the baking but the sprinkles were all them). I know there is so much wrong in the world right now, but today I’m focusing on the joy. 🥰
4/13 - 125.4 - I will absolutely take that on the scale this morning, since I ate yesterday like calories didn’t exist. Back to reality today - I’ll still enjoy the leftovers and the rest of the birthday cake, of course, but I’ll measure and track them now. Thank you all for the birthday wishes - I try to be a positive voice and give back a little of the help and support I’ve gotten from this group. I hope everyone has a great day - I started mine with a killer leg workout and now I get to go try out my blender with a breakfast smoothie!
4/14 - 126 - Higher on the scale than I’d like, but there are multiple possible reasons (birthday celebrations catching up to me, hormones, water weight from working out) so I’ll just keep tracking and see what it does. A bit sore and tired this morning; was up multiple times last night with the toddler. My strength workout this morning was back and biceps, then I added a 10 minute HIIT to that to burn some calories.
4/15 - 125.0 - Went for a 40 minute run this morning; my pace was slower than usual so it only worked out to be about 3.6 miles but I was just feeling really tired. Happier with the number on the scale but would prefer to have more energy. I skipped most of my regular meal prep this week (too busy on Sunday) and it’s made such a big difference in the difficulty of tracking my calories. Facing multiple times a day the dual questions of “what do I want to eat?” plus “What will fit into my calories?” is mentally exhausting compared to simply having everything planned. I won’t skip it again!
4/16 - 125.2 - Finished the birthday cake last night, so that temptation is gone! My nemesis is still snacking on sweet stuff, especially in the evening after dinner. Gotta be more focused - and go to bed earlier!
4/17 - DNW
4/18 - 124.6
4/19 - 125.8
4/20 - 125.4 - Sorry I’ve been terrible about checking in this round. We’ve changed up our morning schedule and I keep starting a post then getting distracted and forgetting to post. So! Scale keeps going up and down within 124-126, which is fine though I’d prefer it a little lower. I’ll have to do the work for that though, and I like my snacks an awful lot to focus on weight loss again. I’m going to finish this round and then take a break for awhile, I think.

Hi there folks I'm a 67 yr old female, 5'9" and ready to rock this year of weight loss. Round One - I'm late to this party, but would love to join you all. So I went back to include my weeks' daily weight. So odd to have seen my weight go up from yesterday as I've eaten healthy foods in moderate portions in the last few days. Here's to making it a clean 10 lb loss by the 21st! My mini goal is to become overweight..at 202 lbs mid summer!

04/19 220- -.6 from yesterday. down 10 since the start date 4/12 which was a result of too much salt and eating out (wrong foods). But, hey, I lost the weight I'd gained the week before, and a bit more. I'm almost to my pre-pandemic weight! So close I can feel it, taste it, savor it! Mini goals keep me going. Now to keep it from bouncing back up.

04/11 …..206.4….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
04/12 …..207.4 ….. I ate 3 meals yesterday instead of my normal 2 which pushed my calories and carbs up a bit. However, I did make good choices and I got out in the yard yesterday evening for a bit to do some more raking and yard clean-up. The house I bought was empty for awhile so the leaves and pine needles are never ending. I burned extra calories had over 11,000 steps so for that I am grateful. Good luck everyone this round!
04/13 …..207.2 ….. Another small step forward in my journey. I am grateful for any progress. Now…… to avoid the two steps back!
04/14 …..207.6 ….. Likely a no TMI uptick. Yesterday was a good day with both diet and exercise (movement).
04/15 …..207.6 ….. I worked my butt off in the yard yesterday to counteract those 2 slices of pizza. No gain is good.
04/16 …..207.2 ….. More yard work yesterday after a worker left turned out great. I got lots of work done and was pretty far from the fridge at the same time. Win-Win.
04/17 …..206.6 ….. Well……..according to trend weight dot com, I will be at goal with a 54 pound loss on Nov. 16, 2032. Now if the isn’t a kick in the butt, I don’t know what is! I was a little depressed for a second seeing this on my screen, but now I am feeling positive. It is the push that I needed for today. Scale is down over half a pound today so I’m off to another good start!
04/18 …..208.2 ….. I am not in a place of love today. Trendweight now tells me today that I will lose my 54 pounds by July 29, 2054. Right now, I hate everything about my life. I feel so disadvantaged all because I want to live near my children and grandchildren. Not making excuses but truth is truth. I hate the medications I am on that causes weight gain. I hate my bad thyroid. I hate my diabetes that stops me from the fasts I see other people using as a tool due to sugar drops. I hate that my town has no gym, no ymca, no public pool, no sidewalks, only gravel with horse poop on the sides from the Amish horses. No bike trails. I hate that we are expecting our typical snow storm in April here in Michigan. I hate that we can’t plant until June and our first snow is usually in September. Most of the year outside activities are prohibited, especially for a fall risk like me. I hate that we have one small grocery store that doesn’t carry all these wonderful diet products and low cal or low carb foods that I see pics of on MFP. Okay, rant over. Yesterday I had 12,574 steps, 5.31 miles, 2748 calories burned. Only 3.75 hours of sleep. Late dinner, up early and no TMI. It looks like it will be a chilly but beautiful day today. I will work on getting out of this bad headspace, pull up my big girl panties and try to make this day count again. Lots of hugs are okay, friends. I need them today.
04/19 …..206.0 ….. Feeling better today and of course, the scale reading helped as did the TMI. , I appreciated all the hugs and comments. Thanks everyone. I will be traveling today for some building supplies and such. Dinner will be out so I expect an uptick on the scale tomorrow but I will try not to panic. 19,281 steps yesterday in yardwork. I burned 3359 calories and walked 8.15 miles in my yard. That explains the drop on the scale and the very very nice drop in body fat.
04/20 …..206.0 ….. No added travel weight on the scale from yesterday’s journey. Sometimes it takes a few days. More travel tomorrow for dentist cleaning for myself and son. Thursday travel is for the 2nd Moderna Covid shot. Everything is so far but it is always nice to get my son out of the house. His autism and quirks tend to make him want to stay in. Nervous about upcoming scale with all the driving, sitting, and meals out. Trying to stay focused on just one day at a time….. Today I am home. I have a large work crew coming. I will be babysitting my DGS #4 this evening. I am excited to spend some time with him!
04/21 …..xxxxx …..

04/13 115.4 So this is what I call my dry weight. It was after I worked out fasted in the morning, but I was happy with it because this weekend was a tough one foodwise. Life is always busy but it just feels extra busy right now. We are slowly making progress on the renovation plans but that has also been consuming my time on the weekends as I research appliances and everything else involved in building a whole new living space. I have been keeping up with my exercise though and that has been saving me when I make poor food decisions on the weekend (along with staying within a deficit on the weekdays).
04/14 115.6 TOM arrived in the middle of the night but I pushed myself this morning to do a lighter than normal effort on the bike for 30 minutes this morning to see if the exercise would help the cramps a little bit. On the bright side, I think it helped a little bit or at least helped release some happy chemicals in my brain. Short day at work today because I have to go pick my car up from the shop. Many dollars later I will have working AC, a fixed exhaust, and an oil change. Grateful I won’t de driving in a moving sauna this summer though!

04/16 115.4 Yesterday was a rough day emotionally due to some family ish but I’m feeling better today. I also had the energy to do a little bit of yoga and ride the bike for 20ish minutes. Food was a mish mash of stress eating and attempting to eat decently yesterday. Not sure what the plan is for today foodwise. I hope everyone has a good Friday! I love hearing the birds chirping in the trees outside my window on this rainy spring day in New England.

04/18 Did not post
04/19 Did not weigh. I have a lot of veggies to use up in the fridge and also need to donate some of the longer storage vegetables to the pantry tomorrow. We just end up with a little bit too much and each week it builds to the point of excess. My goal this week is to at least use all of the fresh greens I have gotten from the CSA over the past two weeks. I’m thinking of making a kale salad tonight or tomorrow. Started my day with a 20 minute spin bike ride. Didn’t end up doing any exercise this weekend. I ended up getting lost in water coloring painting with watercolor markers and water brushes along with figuring out what we are going to do about housing come August because plans fell through to renovate our inlaws basement. It will just be way too expensive (over 100k for what we wanted). So, now we get to decide if we want to buy something of our own. Being an adult is fun.
04/20 115.6 Happy with this number after a weekend of salty foods. Breakfast was solid and having a healthy snack for lunch of fresh Macomber turnip slices, plus cottage cheese with puffed quinoa and corn crisps. Dinner will be tacos consisting of lean ground beef, sauteed onions, peppers and whatever else I can find in the fridge. I might make a slaw out of carrots and some of the Macomber turnip I still have left…plus lots of cilantro on top of the tacos.
Was able to do a 2 mile run this morning. I realized yesterday that I have been a member of the forums for a year now and have successfully lost 10 pounds and kept it off since starting in April of last year to really focus on my eating. Since then I have been tracking in the MFP most days and haven’t gone longer than a weekend without tracking. I’m feeling good about where I am and looking forward to see if by this time next year I’m hovering around 110 or 115 with more muscle than what I have now. This group has been awesome and so understanding of my lapses of checking in some rounds. Happy Tuesday!

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 147 (round 79 for me ) I prove time after time that I need this to help me keep on track! Thank you @QuiltingJaine for setting up the new challenge.
Female age 62 5' 4” - Challenge for this round; need to get back to maintenance – get back to and stay at or >130. Away in our touring holiday for a weeks holiday, bbq each night with a glass of wine, but plenty of good long coastal walks (weather permitting!). Will try everyday to be in credit with calories. Need to get back to good habits; be mindful of what I eat & drink, try to keep it in moderation, keep walking, no binges; remember keeping the 10 days binge free makes such a difference! Not taking any chocolate with us – DH can sort & control his own! (He's lucky he's never had a weight problem.) A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.
Keep calm – we're all in this together! Wash hands, be kind, continue to follow all latest Government guidelines for C-19 virus. Be positive for the vaccine – I've had my first, spread positivity and encouragement for it to others.
Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.
