This week's successes: I have successfully resisted the temptation to buy snacks at work every day this week. It was tough.
This week's challenges: Intellectually, I know that 0.2lb gain has to be water retention and food in transit, but it still stung a tiny bit seeing it on the scale. Like, at worst, I maintained this week - and that's the goal eventually, so no harm done.3 -

Hi, first-timer here. I've lost 16 lbs this year and we are on week 19, but I've barely lost an ounce over the past 2-3 months. I do need this accountability!

This week's challenges: Admitting that I am dealing with some depression that would likely be helped by exercise, but that cleverly defends itself by making me not want to exercise. If I can't make myself commit to a full workout, OK, I'll start with squats and wall push-ups until the endorphins reach my brain.1 -
