On Sunday, my dog got out of the fence, and I ran a couple blocks to catch him. Didn't even think about it, just took off, and afterwards I thought, "what the heck did I just do?!?! " Later, I wasn't sore or hurting because of it, so I felt pretty good for that!36

Although I've only lost 3lbs in the last six weeks I took measurements today and have lost another 2.5 inches total during that same time. More than half of it was from the waist. I've also been consistent with my exercise routine the last couple of months so it's nice to see that it is making a difference.28

I ordered a pair of size 5 jeans, they arrived today and they fit!! One size closer to fitting in a lot of clothes I’ve had patiently waiting for me in the closet 🎉.17

I haven't craved or eaten chocolate for several days, also I used my mini stepper today and felt like giving up after 20 minutes because my inner thighs were aching but I carried on for my usual 30 minute stint. I was tired too so, I'm pretty darn proud of myself! I find motivating myself to exercise easy but the last few months I was finding it difficult to motivate myself to eat healthy, it was a real struggle but I was doing it. It has seemed easier over the last few days, I have got my mojo back!14

Seems kinda dumb but.. I've had issues with my elbows and ever since weight training I'm able to carry things without pain plus... my jeans are loose.20

Well, this is probably more a reflection of bad patterns in the past, but I made a box of mac&cheese which I normally just eat the whole thing. Last night, I made sure I had enough calories left to do so, but instead, I only had 2 (of the 3 servings) and put the rest back. I still felt full. Perhaps I eat past the point I should and I'm learning how to look for that. Logging food definitely helps me! I was very proud of myself for putting some back
Today, I had a date to go walking with a friend, but she cancelled. I considered skipping it, but went ahead and did it anyway. Feeling motivated

@azalea4175
Thank you for the support!
I didn’t step on the scale yesterday or today and I feel a bit more calm. Any reduction of stress is going to have a positive effect.12 -
Fitting into jeans easily. That I wasn't able to four months ago.20

Bought some uk size 14 jeans and a dress in New Look yesterday and they fit! Also on week 6 of C25k: never ever ever would I have thought these things were possible last year.
Thank you to everyone on here, you are amazing motivation.20 -
Had to bite the bullet and go down to medium boxers yesterday. Some of my favorite pattern ones that are no longer available are XLs that look like diapers on me now. The Ls will be kept for PJs going forward. Can’t complain to much amazed a little that I’ve made it to this point, but will miss my camel 🐫 patterned XL boxers that were traditionally worn on Wednesday’s 🥲25

GET RID OF THEM, AND NEVER LOOK BACK. Keep you eye on the prize of smaller sizes, feeling healthier and looking good.10 -

If you break it down your "just 3 lbs." equals 12 sticks of butter that you melted off your body. Remember the scale is only a TOOL to use not to give power to. Keep up the good work! Be proud of your efforts no matter how small you think they are. Love the non-scale victories also, don't you.11 -
Had a friend that I haven't seen in a month or more walk right past me. I said Hey, going to ignore me. He said, I honestly didn't recognize you. You've gotten tiny. I don't think I've smiled that big in a long long time.15
