    @feliciaboots April killed me too! Too many days of over indulging which led to a 3 pound gain!😬 Gotta work hard this month to get rid of that all or nothing attitude!

    I'm terrified to get on the scale! I'm scared all the gains from January until April 1 are gone. And I can't even start running again until my new runners arrive (hopefully tomorrow)!

    Stepped on the scale again today. 2 of the 3 pounds were gone. I guess I jumped the gun thinking I’d gained 3 pounds. My pants felt tighter yesterday but loose today. Funny how 2 pounds can make a difference.

    Yes, weirdly, a couple of pounds can make a difference. I've realized that my current weight plateau likely to be around awhile, so I've decided to go ahead and do some alterations on the "too big" of pants I recently bought. I was waiting to see what weight I'd be at when an upcoming trip happens, and now I know ("the plateau"). So, into the hot water wash, and hottest drying temp, to shrink them a bit.

    I'm not sure if it's because I'm trying to do low carb or what, but I find 2-3 pounds can come and go so quickly sometimes! I try to have a weight "range" instead of a single number as I find it keeps me motivated and happier.

    @Mewlingstork I do have a 3 pound range I try to stay in and that weight gain took me right out of it! But I’m back in range now.
    This challenge definitely helps! My daughters are visiting this weekend and last night they got out all kinds of snacks. I automatically said, “Oops, I missed my window so I can’t have any. But I can have some tomorrow!”

    So Friday I was naughty and stayed up too late, having a huge bag of chips and a few drinks. And oh goodness I suffered for it, especially when the cat woke me at 5:20 AM! But I was "better" the rest of the weekend but it was mother's day, so....

    I've been eating a bit over my calories but I haven't been snacking. Ya win some, ya lose some I guess? I'm in Phoenix visiting my grandparents and my mom came down from Idaho for the week too. So this will be a tough week probably!
