I really don't think I'm going to make the calorie goal this week. Going back to work makes things hard. I know I burn at work, but I try not to count that. I did today however, because on Monday's I don't normally do much with the clients(office day) and I had two appointments including pushing a 230+ lb guy in a wheel chair...oooh boy!0 -

Well, I am only tracking Mon-Wed this week since I was on vacation. So far:

I have about 7 pounds to get off from vacay before I can start tracking losses.ugh! I'm sure a lot of it is water weight...I can tell my rings are tight. No carbs for me this week! I should be good by next week's weigh in!0 -

Definitely won't hit 5000 by the end of tomorrow. I have some extra time tomorrow morning so I'm gonna do a double spin class which I haven't done for awhile. That on top of my usual Wednesday morning weights should get me between 1000 and 1100 but nowhere near 1789!
Girls, you're all doing great and you're sure pushing me this week. I'd love to see the scale move in the right direction but it's not happening and it's so frustrating. ~cardbucfan-don't focus on the scale...I know it is frustrating when you are working so hard, yet the scale in going the wrong way!! BUT that is probably the reason why this is happening....extra exercise, pushing your body that hard, plus the upped water intake results in an increased lactic acid which leads to water retention to help heal your muscles and therefore a weightgain!! Once you slow down a bit, or your body gets more used to these awesome workouts, the scale should start going back in the right direction! Keep on movin!
~KaeChelle-don't give up yet!!! get in a great burn today and tomorrow and you could still hit it (or at least come very close) and about 13-14 cups of water/day would get you to your H20 goal!
