Mid Jan 2021 260 to June 3rd 219.4. Down just over 45 lbs now and another 45 to go. I’ve done the roller coaster before, but this time I have a fully built garage gym and motivation that I’ve never had. Hoping I can crush these next 6 months.63 -

Thank you! It's really odd as I didn't realise I was doing it until I had done it. I owe a lot to BodyFit by Amy: first her beginner abs workout (which I still do regularly), then her four-week strong core programme and then her BodyFit Atheletic Club.3 -

I started with the beginners abs workout about this time last year. I did it pretty much daily (along with other workouts and rowing) for a couple of months. In july I picked up a couple of Amy's four week programmes, and then her four-week strong core programme in August/September. I joined her BodyFit Athletic Club in January (including April Ab-solution).
The first photo here is from the beginning of April 2021, so after I'd done strong core but before April Ab-solution. The second is from earlier this week (also posted above). These were both at my goal weight 75kg (there's not a lot of change, but more definition).

You are so right. I actually had someone (who I thought was a supportive friend) tell me that I would never reach my goal I had set for myself. The little voice in my head said 'WATCH ME". I plan on showing her and all of the other haters/doubters that I will persevere. I'm down 110 lbs. with 61 more lbs. to go. You look totally marvelous. Keep up the good work, and thank you for motivating me to continue myself.33
