    round 150: 3.0
    round 151: 3.0
    round 152: 3.0

goal for round 153 is 2.5 pounds (looking for 184 on the scales)

    6/11: 186.0
    6/12: 185.0
    6/13: 185
    6/14: 184.5

6/15: 184 (went for a walk without the dogs yesterday, since it was very hot, too hot for the black chiweenie and the blonde and white girl seems to have a bit of a limp, so I thought I'd give her the day off. She's still tearing around and I can't find anything specific wrong with that foot or leg, so I am massaging it (she enjoys that because she's a big sookie). Found a little gooseberry bush to dig up this fall, and managed to pick up 28 (I am not making that up) ticks all on my own. Also started week 3 of c25k, where one has to "run" for 3 minutes straight for the first time, three times. I thought this would kill me but it wasn't too bad. The third round of a 3-minute jog was definitely harder than the first though! Giving myself the day off today and just going on short dog walks, as it's going to start raining soon and I am just plain tired!)

With all these ticks, do you wear long pants and sleeves so the ticks are not latching onto you? Ticks give me the creepy crawlies especially with the deer ticks we have in Massachusetts. I would be so worried about the yuck/illness that can come along with ticks.

Oh yes, long light coloured trousers, socks up over the ends of them, long sleeves and a bug jacket, always with the hood up when I go through wooded areas. The only thing I can catch from ticks here is Lyme disease and they have to latch on for a while to transmit that, so I'm trying not to worry about it. It's dog ticks here. The dogs are on meds now and the ticks are leaving them alone (all the more for me!) I used to scream frantically when I found a tick on me, but I've become desensitized and a regular Crocodile Dundee at detecting and killing them. But I am too addicted to walking in the woods to give it up!

Oh that’s good to hear! I can relate to loving the woods, my husband and I love hiking. The woods are just so calming.

@quiltingjaine Thanks Jaine, I actually think fasting is a good option for me. I used to do it and I didn't find it hard at all, lately I've been eating a bit later in the night. I find if I eat early I get hungry again before bed time...or maybe I should just stop going to bed at 1am 😂 I think I'll try it again since it seems to work so naturally for me.

I'm Mike. I am here for the happy hour specials. Slowly chipping away at weight. HW was 252, GW is 200.

6/11 236.1. Finished last round with a nice down trend and so of course I get to start this round with an up-bounce. Lots of sodium for dinner (meat lovers pizza) and a beer. I'll get that tended to quickly.
6/12 236.1. The struggle is eternal.
    6/13 travel day
    6/14 travel day

6/15 236.0. Again, decent weekend management on net. But my blood sugar was very high this morning. That suggests that what I am eating is not calorie-massive but relatively high in carbs. (The other explanation would be that I am getting a lot of exercise in the car but come on....) Time for a walk if I can get caught up at work by lunch time.

    SW Rnd 153 115.0
6/11 115.0 Honestly, I’m surprised. I was sick and lost my dinner last night and this morning my FBS was the highest it’s ever been - 113. I guess I’ll see what tomorrow brings. Throbbing headache so not looking at the message board yet.
6/12 113.5 Pretty much fasted yesterday as I was barely awake. 5 saltines and 1/2 slice of toast, seltzer, Coke Zero (for caffeine,) and water. I seem to have recovered. I’ve been up almost 2 hours and still working on first mug of coffee.😊 Feeling almost like myself again and I’m hungry but hungry for weird stuff that should probably not be put in a recently upset tummy!
6/13 115.5 Totally expected since I’m sure I was dehydrated after “losing my lunch” on Thursday night. Neighbor made Filipino food for the one meal I ate yesterday but I really didn’t eat much. I drank 2 20 oz Powerade Zeros, a liter of tonic water with some True Lime, and at least 3 30 oz glasses of water.
6/14 116.0 Great Greek for lunch yesterday. Ate 1/2 of my salad and gyro meat and 1/2 pita. It’s all good. After both of us having some stomach bug in the last few days, I’m skipping water fitness today

06/10 …..203.8….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
06/11 …..203.2 ….. The carry-out for a quick late dinner was horrible. I literally threw away 80% of it and I am proud that this old gal who grew up pretty poor (never waste food!) put it in the trash can and moved on with some cold water and a good TV program. A non-scale victory for sure! Good luck everyone this round. Let’s make the most of these next 10 days together!

06/12 …..205.2 ….. A big gain. Thai food within calories but no TMI. Probably some water retention as well.

06/13 …..203.4 ….. Back to the 203’s after TMI cooperated. I’m grateful yesterday’s weight was not permanent. Handyman here today to do some gardening that is difficult for me. My internet was down yesterday most of the day until 8:00 this morn. 2nd time this week. I’ll be doing lots of sitting catching up on paperwork. I will try to get in as many step breaks as possible.

06/14 …..201.8 ….. Yay! Lower than I’ve been since before Covid shut-downs March 2020. I must admit it was about an 800 calorie day yesterday. It was hot and I just didn’t feel like eating. I ended up throwing out about 80% of my low cal/low carb dinner. Today I will increase the calories and carbs (an uptick is on the horizon for tomorrow?) but will make all healthy choices so It’s not empty calories. Lets hope I can keep this ball rolling!

    Round 153 SW: 211lb
    Round GW: 208.5lb
    Ultimate GW: 178lb

    Day/Weight/Comment

06/11 - 212lb. Ate late again last night, plus gym session and not enough water will probably be the reason for the gain.
06/12 - 211.8lb. Managed a 9K run today and feel pretty good because of it.
06/13 - 211.8lb. Frustrated the scale isn’t moving- hopefully it will come.
06/14 - 210.8lb. Back to where I started this round. Hopefully a couple of losses will follow to get me to a new low. Quick gym session today- cut short due to a horrible stitch which wouldn’t go away on my treadmill HiiT workout.

6/14 116.4 Salt? Strength training? Not sure but I’m cool with it. My food yesterday was so so but not terrible. Today my food has been on point so I’m sure some of this water weight will drop eventually. I started my day with a two mile run, went for a two mile walk during my lunch and did a strength workout at the end of my work day (about 20 minutes and 6 1 minute sprints on the bike as a burnout at the end for 12 minutes total on the bike). The burnout is part of the strength program and is supposed to increase something in a good way. Supposedly results are better when it’s done that way. Anyways, dinner tonight is American Chop Suey with whole wheat penne and mybe some local strawberries for dessert.

    6/11 213.2

6/12 209.2 I'm visiting relatives through the end of the month & my sister in law's scale is wonkie. It said 208.2, then the next two times AFTER going to the RR 209.2 Somewhere in the range. I'm happy to see the downward trend. -70 total. My body is still in recovery following that treacherous bout in the river...hours of repetitive arm motion caused muscle pain & general fatigue. I chilled yesterday. They say three days after an accident, you feel worse, so today's that day. Gentle stretches, and eating well are on my agenda. Resting & grateful for being alive.

    6/13 209.2 close to that 208 goal.

6/14 211 Celebration last night w/ lots of food & wine. Hopefully I can re-lose some of that weight. Guess I should earn from this experiment in deviation from my food plan.

Hi guys! I'm 24, and 172cm tall (5ft6?) I'm mainly focusing on my nutrition this week. My goal is to hit 72kgs (159lbs)by the end of it hehe. Let's do this!

    SW: 73.6kgs. (162lbs)
    Day/Weight/Comment

6/11 73.6kgs. I weighed myself at 6pm today but for the rest of the week I will be weighing before brekky. Nutrition was on point this day.

6/12 72.9kgs. (160.7lbs) Wow 0.7 loss overnight. Like 1lb? Noice! However my nutrition was less on point today. Not very bad but not great either. Date night lol.kind of expecting an increase tomorrow.

6/13 Today I'm 72.7 kgs (160.2). -0.2 from yesterday. This is going very well so far...I think I may have set a very easy goal lol. It's already 1:30 pm and I haven't eaten yet 😐 Not good, I have always had the bad habit of skipping meals and snacking in between instead. I haven't snacked today, just coffee. I am going to make sure I at least eat my first meal before 12pm eachday. I'm not so big on breakfast I'm afraid. But I want to be healthy so I'll work on eating a timely lunch and dinner each day and if I feel hungry in the mornings I will definitely eat my oats like a good girl lol

6/14 wooooooooow guys! Today I'm 72.0kgs (159lbs!). Yep...that goal was too easy. I guess I will change my goal to 71kgs by the 20th. (156.5lbs). I doubt I will continue losing weight at this pace but I will enjoy it while it's happening 😂

6/15 Today I'm 72.3 kgs. I kinda expected a small increase as I didn't really overeat yesterday but I did eat more carby, salty food than I usually do. I had a gas station yellow curry (was yummier than it sounds) with white rice, it was small so I considered it acceptable. Then it turned out to be super spicy and I chugged a lot of milk 😂😂😂. It's really helpful to me to see y'all posts. I used to beat myself up if I had a small increase but now I know I'm not the only one and it's totally normal. This group is really good for me ❤️ thanks guys!
    6/16- 72.5kgs
6/17- 72.0kgs. hmmmm tbh weight is a confusing thing to me. I gained weight on the days that I ate well...however yesterday I drank beer and ate banana cake but lost weight 🤔🤔🤔 anyway, I've been feeling very weak lately, I believe it's time for me to get off my lazy butt and start exercising again. Covids broken out kind of bad here so home work outs it is. I'm gonna give the weighted hula hoop a try. I'll let you know how it goes.

@jasmind3903 I don't know if it is you or MFP but your last post seemed to be a run-on sentence of a bunch of different people's posts without their names attached. It was a mile long.
