R153: Time to get life back under control! This round includes 2 wedding celebrations which will be challenging. I need to really drop more on the scale since the next round I’ll be back out on vacation!
Exercise Goal for this round: Get on the darn Bike! Pick up the hand weights to get rid of the bat wings.
🎯Mini Goal: 204.x (Repeat until I hit it!)
Day/Weight/Previous Day’s Comment
6/11 205.1 Walked 2.3 + 1.3 miles, 1450 cal, 83 net carbs, AF. Torchy’s Tacos ordering a Crossroads in a bowl + lettuce. The hardest part was not ordering a Torchy’s Tini! But I held firm to my promise to myself to target AF M-Th this week after returning from New Orleans vacation.
6/12 205.6 Walked 1.6 miles, danced,1558 cal, 82 net carbs, 1 glass wine. I did really pretty well considering we attended a 1 year anniversary party!
6/13 206.0 No exercise,1865 cal, 146 net carbs, 1 wine. Fast food burger & fries for late lunch. Made Charleston’s 82 Queens recipe for shrimp & grits this evening for all my kids and their spouses. Not surprised in the bump up
6/14 206.0 Walked 1.5 miles, gardening, 2021 cal, 165 net carbs, AF.
6/15 206.5 No exercise, 1561 cal, 125, AF. Busy day reviewing mom’s draft will with her and my sister, making dinner for a family with a new baby & company. Poor eating though on my part … Popeyes fried chicken for lunch and then chicken & sausage jambalaya for dinner.
6/16 205.8 Walked 2 miles, 1651 cal, 88 net carbs, 1 glass wine. Shopping with my sister, mailed books to my brother’s grandkids for summer reading, got in the new washing machine so now I can catch up on the dirty clothes!
6/17 205.0 Walked 2 + 1.4 miles, 1765 cal, 144 net carbs, AF. Got into snacks in the afternoon and never really was satisfied
6/18 206.4 Walked 2 miles, 1936 cal, 58 net carbs, 2 glasses wine. Dining out Italian style Otherwise a good day but with bad results on the scale.
6/19 205.6 No exercise, ? cal, ? net carbs, 2 margaritas. Morning funeral for a friend's husband + when my mom (84) drove in Thursday late afternoon we realized that she needed to go to the doc after her fall Wednesday morning (stubborn woman) so Friday morning talked her out of getting her nails done and going to the doc instead ... she ended up with surgery last night for a broken wrist + another celebration for DD & her husband. Fiesta planned in 2020 before her wedding that had to be postponed.

Previous days6/11 116.2 Started my day with a 20 minute bike ride and didn’t get a chance to get my walk in. Also, hank you TOM and salt and strength workouts for water retention blip up. I’m really happy I saw 115 last round and hope to see it again this round. I plan on seeing this number drop soon because we just got 2 bunches of parsley in our CSA today and I plan on making a large parsley heavy tabouleh salad to munch on tomorrow and Sunday. I also swapped spinach for a giant head of green leaf lettuce, so there will be some other salads in my future. The parsley will be a nice natural diuretic along with some dandelion tea I plan on sipping throughout as well. Oh, how I love the summer greens starting up 😊! I missed the last two days of posting the last round due to insanity at work but today seemed to be more tolerable…so that was nice. Tonight, I got Thai Masaman curry takeout but ordered it with beef and extra veggies and sticky rice ( you get less rice when you order the sticky rice instead of Jasmine). I put half of it in my bowl and saved the other half for a meal tomorrow. I just felt like I needed the nourishing coconut milk and spices. I’ve been pretty hungry this week and I’m listening to my body by trying to give it a little bit more food than normal. Maybe it’s the hormones doing wacky things to my appetite but I’ll go with it versus fighting it and being a hungry & grumpy person. Enjoy your Friday night!6/17 116.4 did not post
6/12 Haven’t weighed yet this morning. I plan to start the day with a strength workout and then do some things around the house like dishes, make a healthy version of apple crisp, make salad, and wash our greens from the CSA. My husband and I might also kick the soccer ball around later as well.
6/13 Did not post.
6/14 116.4 Salt? Strength training? Not sure but I’m cool with it. My food yesterday was so so but not terrible. Today my food has been on point so I’m sure some of this water weight will drop eventually. I started my day with a two mile run, went for a two mile walk during my lunch and did a strength workout at the end of my work day (about 20 minutes and 6 1 minute sprints on the bike as a burnout at the end for 12 minutes total on the bike). The burnout is part of the strength program and is supposed to increase something in a good way. Supposedly results are better when it’s done that way. Anyways, dinner tonight is American Chop Suey with whole wheat penne and mybe some local strawberries for dessert.
6/15 115.8 And the water weight drop begins again 😊. Hoping to see 114 before we leave for vacation in about 12 days. Started the day with a 20 minute spin bike workout and plan to go for a walk during lunch today. Split chicken breasts and salad for dinner tonight along with some sort of roasted veggies.

6/19 114.6 So on Thursday night I got dinner with a couple of friends at the Cheesecake Factory. I ended up getting a turkey burger and a side Caesar salad and skipped having bread at the beginning of the meal. We were too busy talking to stuff my face with bread ahaha! I got a slice of cheesecake to take home with me too. I ended up doing a two mile run yesterday morning and then had the slice of cheesecake for breakfast. I wasn’t hungry all day after eating it and then I ended up deciding to fast the rest of the day to see what would happen because my hunger wasn’t even there. So here I am at my “goal” but probably a little dehydrated and less contents in the belly but I’ll take it. It was nice to see the shift in the scale. I started my day with a strength session and plan to break my fast in a little bit with a protein smoothie with frozen banana, plain protein powder, and peanut butter powder with a side of local strawberries and a couple ounces of left over kielbasa (from earlier in the week). Lunch will be a big salad with bok choi greens, green leaf lettuce, cucumbers, and whatever else I can find to add to it.
Work has been abnormally stressful this week and we got word of a big change coming (also found out my supervisor who is amazing will be leaving), so I’m working on something this weekend that will hopefully turn out well and create a new opportunity for me to grow within the organization. Wish me luck!

5/10: 183.1 - just 2.9 pounds off 186, my heaviest weight ever - (stopped posting on this challenge July 2020 - very glad to be back!)
Round 153
Goals: Above all, patience - don't think any further than 10 days at a time!
80oz water; row 30 mins, most days; free-weights; eat vegetables/fruit; 1200 to 1500 calories; IF most days; no sugar; temporary elimination of wheat
SW: 176.4
Previous posts6/11 - 176.3 NSV: I've worked from home for over 20 years and have lived in sweat pants way too much and also allows for weight to creep up without realizing it. Today it was cooler and I put them on and they were loose. You know something is going right when your elastic waisted pants are getting bigger! LOL
6/12 - 175.9 - I had to check myself this morning for the past few days. I was starting to swap wheat products for corn products. My slim and can-eat-only-one-cookie husband is also temporarily eliminating wheat and he decided maybe nacho corn chips would replace his pretzels for a while. Well, he eats 2 chips and says, yuk, these are too greasy and salty and doesn't eat any more. Well, you know how that story ends...I step in and eat them all, but the good news is I was able to spread them out over a few days where the old me would have eaten the entire bag, and eaten everything else in the house because I felt like I "blew" it. The same with popcorn, I wasn't sticking to 1 serving (and too much butter and salt), so, I was ending up within my calorie range but with 700 of my calories from chips and popcorn and shaky and starving. And it felt like I was slipping toward a full-fledge binge. Chips are now gone and going back to "my plan" that has been working and why I have been feeling so good!! I even noticed my ankles were starting to swell again. BTW, my sweet husband said he shouldn't have bought them instead of thinking I should have been able to handle it. He knows my problem and is so supportive. Thank you for letting me air this out here, it helps so much!!
6/13 - 175.4 weighed later than usual so we'll see if it sticks around tomorrow
6/14 - 175.6 VERY happy with this weight this morning! I weighed at my usual time and still mid 175's. I think I can say I'm solidly there even if it jumps around for a few days - YAY!
6/15 - 175.3 Increased my calories yesterday and going forward. A problem I NEVER have had is too few calories. However, temporarily eliminating wheat (not all carbs, just wheat - I still eat potatoes, oatmeal, etc.,) and milk for the first time, and the fact I'm never hungry in the mornings and stop eating by 6p each day, (AND I got rid of the corn chips ), my calories are lower than they need to be, especially on the days I row/free-weights. A better problem to have than the way I used to be starving by the end of the day, but too few calories is not a healthy way to lose it either.
6/16 - 175.3 couldn't sleep so got up early and rowed. It's such a beautiful morning - in the upper 50's and sunny.
6/17 - 175.4 Ate at maintenance intentionally but drinking too little water was not intentional. I feel like I'm due a drop so may hit my goal, but either way, I'm happy with losing a pound so far.

Off to do some weight training — laying brick edging in my gardens. 😁

Happy Saturday!

I’m so tempted to go back to the very low calorie level I was eating three years ago for dietitian- prescribed elimination diet. I lost weight fast, but I know that’s what screwed up my metabolism and got me at least partly to where I am now. Maybe a week on, week off? I’m fed up, so to speak. Happy for those of you who are doing better!

It’s a gorgeous morning here. I’m torn between digging in the edging on my gardens or heading out for a long walk along the river. Hmmm. Maybe edging this morning, walk this afternoon. As long as I’m outdoors, I’m happy!

It’s a gorgeous, cloudless morning here, and as soon as I finish my coffee I’m off for a walk by the river and a (possibly) final run to my fav nursery before they close for the season. Here’s part of me view from my patio this morning.

Rainy day here, which is good for the green people. I’ll try to sneak a walk in between showers.

Thai carry out yesterday, so more salt than usual, but I managed to keep my calories low. All good!

6/19-- 218.4 - Had bloodwork done Thursday and as my results came in yesterday I was anxious to see my crp and sed. rate (inflammation markers). I figured they would be lower since I've been exercising and losing weight again after getting on a medication regimen that has helped to keep me out of constant pain. Well, my sedimentation rate had doubled from the last time at a whopping 120! Normal range is 0-30 and, a lot of my other numbers are off. This gives me more insight on the day to day fluctuation, staying in the same range and big dips ever now and then.

6/11--220.4 Worked out with trainer today.
6/12--218.9 Not surprised with the big drop, stomach was bothering me yesterday, so I didn't eat a lot. Plan today is to go out and do some trail walking with the puppy, may throw in a couple of running intervals. Planning to bbq some chicken today before it starts to rain.
6/13--217.3 Another really light day of eating yesterday because of my stomach, but my stomach feels so much better today and my weight will probably be up tomorrow. My hubby is having friends over today, first time since the shut down last year, so they will be in the basement playing games. I took the dog out for a walk before it started raining today, so I will be doing some things around the house upstairs.
6/I4--217.5 Stomach felt good yesterday and ate at my calorie goals. Today is trainer day.

6/16--217.8 Weight is holding steady. Yesterday was physical therapy day. I've taken the dog out for a walk this morning and plan to do some circuit training in my gym today. Hubby and I also have to pick up our new lawn mower. We had let our lawn get so out of control over the last couple of months, we didn't have a lawn mower, that we had to hire someone about 2 weeks ago to come by and landscape it. So, we just purchased a new lawn mower so that the lawn stays under control. This fall we are going to plant a grass lawn replacement which will keep our mowing down to a minimum.
6/17--217.3 Went out for a bike ride yesterday, I haven't taken the bike out in over a year. The weather was perfect and since it's stays lighter outside much later this time of year, I was able to go out for a ride at 8:30pm and there was hardly any traffic on the roads. It was a lot of fun. Going into the office for a couple of hours today, so I will have to bring my lunch with me, it is so strange to have to think about what to carry to work for lunch after working from home for such a long time.
6/18--218.0 Not surprised about the uptick, I had a very high carb day 2 days ago. Today is trainer day. I work for the federal government, so today is an unexpected day off and it's supposed to be a gorgeous day out today, so I will definitely enjoy my day off today.
6/19--216.7 Last night we had a neighborhood ice cream social and I only had a small taste of my husband's ice cream. It was nice to get together with the neighbors after the long shut down. I'm supposed to go hiking today, but I had such a horrible sleep last night because it was warm last night and we don't have air conditioning or a fan. If I'm going to go I need to get going soon because everyone is going to be out hiking today.

@Shannonsto Your remark on 6/18 is exactly why I quit trying to set a weight goal each round. ANY loss is good and there WILL be fluctuations. I switched my goal to having 10 day averages drop. You can do this, just hang in there.3

6/11 115.0 Honestly, I’m surprised. I was sick and lost my dinner last night and this morning my FBS was the highest it’s ever been - 113. I guess I’ll see what tomorrow brings. Throbbing headache so not looking at the message board yet.
6/12 113.5 Pretty much fasted yesterday as I was barely awake. 5 saltines and 1/2 slice of toast, seltzer, Coke Zero (for caffeine,) and water. I seem to have recovered. I’ve been up almost 2 hours and still working on first mug of coffee.😊 Feeling almost like myself again and I’m hungry but hungry for weird stuff that should probably not be put in a recently upset tummy!
6/13 115.5 Totally expected since I’m sure I was dehydrated after “losing my lunch” on Thursday night. Neighbor made Filipino food for the one meal I ate yesterday but I really didn’t eat much. I drank 2 20 oz Powerade Zeros, a liter of tonic water with some True Lime, and at least 3 30 oz glasses of water.
6/14 116.0 Great Greek for lunch yesterday. Ate 1/2 of my salad and gyro meat and 1/2 pita. It’s all good. After both of us having some stomach bug in the last few days, I’m skipping water fitness today.
6/15 116.0 Finished my salad and gyro but have had no TMI since Friday.
6/16 116.0 Surprised, Chinese buffet for the first time since before COVID. Not as good as it used to be and limited selection.

6/12 209.2 I'm visiting relatives through the end of the month & my sister in law's scale is wonkie. It said 208.2, then the next two times AFTER going to the RR 209.2 Somewhere in the range. I'm happy to see the downward trend. -70 total. My body is still in recovery following that treacherous bout in the river...hours of repetitive arm motion caused muscle pain & general fatigue. I chilled yesterday. They say three days after an accident, you feel worse, so today's that day. Gentle stretches, and eating well are on my agenda. Resting & grateful for being alive.
6/13 209.2 close to that 208 goal.
6/14 211 Celebration last night w/ lots of food & wine. Hopefully I can re-lose some of that weight. Guess I should earn from this experiment in deviation from my food plan.
6/15 209.8 Happy to see the Sun night partying weight come off. Still a pound up from my lowest weight from last week. Oh well, onward ho!
6/16 208.8
6/17 207.6
6/19 207.6 I hit & maintained that 208 goal. 20 pounds down from April of this year. 70 pounds gone from my starting point a few years ago. Literally at the same weight I was 25 years ago after having my son. Now to get rid of that baby weight! Baby steps to 202, as my next goal is to be overweight @ 202. (BMI top range) How many people do you know whose goal is to become overweight?

06/10 …..203.8….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
06/11 …..203.2 ….. The carry-out for a quick late dinner was horrible. I literally threw away 80% of it and I am proud that this old gal who grew up pretty poor (never waste food!) put it in the trash can and moved on with some cold water and a good TV program. A non-scale victory for sure! Good luck everyone this round. Let’s make the most of these next 10 days together!
06/12 …..205.2 ….. A big gain. Thai food within calories but no TMI. Probably some water retention as well.
06/13 …..203.4 ….. Back to the 203’s after TMI cooperated. I’m grateful yesterday’s weight was not permanent. Handyman here today to do some gardening that is difficult for me. My internet was down yesterday most of the day until 8:00 this morn. 2nd time this week. I’ll be doing lots of sitting catching up on paperwork. I will try to get in as many step breaks as possible.
06/14 …..201.8 ….. Yay! Lower than I’ve been since before Covid shut-downs March 2020. I must admit it was about an 800 calorie day yesterday. It was hot and I just didn’t feel like eating. I ended up throwing out about 80% of my low cal/low carb dinner. Today I will increase the calories and carbs (an uptick is on the horizon for tomorrow?) but will make all healthy choices so It’s not empty calories. Lets hope I can keep this ball rolling!
06/15 …..202.0 ….. Just the slight uptick I was expecting when getting my calories back in order. I am thrilled this lower weight is sticking around. I am traveling today so there will be less movement and more calories (restaurant dinner) but I am not about to lose my sight on Onederland. I am feeling pretty proud of myself right now.
06/16 …..203.4 ….. After travel weight. Disappointed that the trip took longer than anticipated and that I ate two pretty large meals out. NSV was that I didn’t stuff myself and left 25% on my plate both times. Taking it in stride and planning an extra low calorie meal today with extra movement and lots of water. This weight loss with be achieved in with a triumphant attitude, not one of defeat. Who’s with me?
06/17 …..202.8 ….. Just staying honest here. Last night was less than perfect. I kept my calories in my meals low, as planned, but probably too low. Too hungry last night and bad snacks were involved. I ended up doing a bit of dancing to off-set it even though I was so tired. Luckily my meal calories and carbs were good so there was still a ½ pound drop on the scale. It’s a learning process. Today, a few more calories in the meals should take care of the nighttime hunger. A better planned snack is on the menu if needed.
06/18 …..203.0 ….. No worries. Just a normal fluctuation. Yesterday I ate on plan but had fewer steps due to running so many errands (car riding around town). I hope to be more active today. We are expecting a warmer day today but I will stay positive about that and not let it stop me.
06/19 …..202.6 ….. Was so hungry last night I could barely think! I made it thru but it wasn’t easy. My calories and carbs were in line with my current goal but I think choices with more fiber could have helped. I made it through uncomfortably, but I made it. Glad to see I was rewarded for my efforts with a drop on the scale today. I hope today will be more nourishing and fulfilling while sticking to plan.
06/20 …..xxxxx …..

6/13: 173.7
Super busy day yesterday, so was OMAD, not eating until 7:30 p.m. & then enjoyed some wine with my husband in the evening. Happy to say I did not get into any late night snacks after drinking, which is a big win!!
6/14: 173.6
New week, feeling very motivated! Last night with dinner, I had a salad from our small vegetable garden, the lettuce is the 1st "harvest", still waiting for everything else to be ready to picked. On plan for today is a full body strength workout.
6/15: DNW
Absentmindedly drank water right when I woke up, so skipped the scale for that reason
6/16: 173.2
Delicious dinner last night with lettuce and herbs from our garden, + 1 mojito (got to use that mint!)
6/17: 172.9
The 1st Kale from the garden was ready yesterday, used it for my morning green smoothie. Need to be better with drinking water today, still under goal on that.
6/18: 172.9
No change from yesterday, but it was a good day all around so that should up on the scale eventually! Have a full body strength workout planned for today and plan to be AF through the weekend, if not longer. Also, making going to bed earlier a priority.
6/19: 172.8
I slept in and weighed super late this morning, the number on the scale was much lower than the one I am posting, but don't think it was accurate, so I'm going with this more likely number. Plan to sleep in again tomorrow, so we'll see what the Monday scale shows! Today I have an Abs workout & still planning on being AF today - although might make a special cocktail to enjoy with my husband on Father's Day tomorrow.

6/14-218.6 I lost a lot of weight last year and gained it all back. I need to get back on it
6/15-217 - I expected a big drop but not this since it was my first day working out like crazy and rally watching what I eat. I expect it to level out the next few days.
6/16- 215.2 - I was at the water park all day with my kids and only ate once since we were so busy and to top it off had a sand volleyball game after.
6/17- 214.6 - still sticking with it!

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~ Round 153 (round 85 for me ) I continue to prove time after time that I need this to help me keep on track! Thank you @QuiltingJaine for setting up the new challenge.
Challenge for this round is to lose a pound which will put me back on the road towards maintanence. I am away on holiday from later today for the week so will be easing up a little but loads of walking, will try to limit extras! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.
Keep calm – we're all in this together! Wash hands, be kind, continue to follow all latest Government guidelines in roadmap to normality for C-19 virus. Be positive for thefuture – I've both of my vaccines.Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! Hi guys! I'm 24, and 172cm tall (5ft6?) I'm mainly focusing on my nutrition this week. My goal is to hit 72kgs (159lbs)by the end of it hehe. Let's do this!
SW: 73.6kgs. (162lbs)
Day/Weight/Comment
6/11 73.6kgs. I weighed myself at 6pm today but for the rest of the week I will be weighing before brekky. Nutrition was on point this day.
6/12 72.9kgs. (160.7lbs) Wow 0.7 loss overnight. Like 1lb? Noice! However my nutrition was less on point today. Not very bad but not great either. Date night lol.kind of expecting an increase tomorrow.
6/13 Today I'm 72.7 kgs (160.2). -0.2 from yesterday. This is going very well so far...I think I may have set a very easy goal lol. It's already 1:30 pm and I haven't eaten yet 😐 Not good, I have always had the bad habit of skipping meals and snacking in between instead. I haven't snacked today, just coffee. I am going to make sure I at least eat my first meal before 12pm eachday. I'm not so big on breakfast I'm afraid. But I want to be healthy so I'll work on eating a timely lunch and dinner each day and if I feel hungry in the mornings I will definitely eat my oats like a good girl lol
6/14 wooooooooow guys! Today I'm 72.0kgs (159lbs!). Yep...that goal was too easy. I guess I will change my goal to 71kgs by the 20th. (156.5lbs). I doubt I will continue losing weight at this pace but I will enjoy it while it's happening 😂
6/15 Today I'm 72.3 kgs. I kinda expected a small increase as I didn't really overeat yesterday but I did eat more carby, salty food than I usually do. I had a gas station yellow curry (was yummier than it sounds) with white rice, it was small so I considered it acceptable. Then it turned out to be super spicy and I chugged a lot of milk 😂😂😂. It's really helpful to me to see y'all posts. I used to beat myself up if I had a small increase but now I know I'm not the only one and it's totally normal. This group is really good for me ❤️ thanks guys!
6/16- 72.5kgs/ 159.8lb
6/17- 72.0kgs /158.7lb. hmmmm tbh weight is a confusing thing to me. I gained weight on the days that I ate well...however yesterday I drank beer and ate banana cake but lost weight 🤔🤔🤔 anyway, I've been feeling very weak lately, I believe it's time for me to get off my lazy butt and start exercising again. Covids broken out kind of bad here so home workouts it is. I'm gonna give the weighted hula hoop a try. I'll let you know how it goes.
6/18 72.7kgs/ 160.2lb sorry about yesterday guys, I didn't realise I had copied and pasted the whole page 😅 but anyway, today I'm up 0.7 kg which really confused me as yesterday's been my best diet day yet, I did so well! And to go up almost a kilo is just strange. So I checked my clue app and turns out I'm smack bang on ovulation day. That's why this challenge is so interesting, I never new my body reacted this way to ovulation. So I'm assuming it's just hormonal weight gain.
6/19 71.5kgs / 157.6lb how about that... Lost a kilo over night.. This hormone thing is so interesting, I had no idea that ovulation meant gaining a kilo and losing it all in one day! Especially since yesterday was a total cheat day. I stuck to my fasting times but overall I think I ate about 2500 calories 😅. I'm going to eat lighter today and incorporate more fruit in my diet. I'm also starting to eat bread again because I've started feeling dissatisfied with my diet. So time to change it up a bit.
6/20 72.0kgs. A little annoyed that my weight hasn't decreased at all in 6 days but this has been an interesting experience and I did hit my original goal. I didn't realise my weight fluctuates so much. I'm going to skip a round and will probably join again for round 155 😊5 -
Lost last round, but average increased slightly. Trying to keep the downward trend. Let's get it off this round!

06/14 - 63.1kg. A good Monday weight. Gym done.

06/16 - 62.9kg
06/17 - 62.9kg but yesterday had a lot of calories so I'll probably be up tomorrow
06/18 - 63.4kg. Up but expected. I have a very social weekend coming up too so I need to be careful
06/19 - 63.4kg
06/20 - 63.6kg...late dinner last night at a function. I'm sure it will go down early next round. Going to head out for a gentle Sunday morning jog.

A big bounce back up at the end of the round, following a Saturday with friends where we had too many calorie-rich foods and drinks. I limited consumption compared to the others, but still.

06/11 - 212lb. Ate late again last night, plus gym session and not enough water will probably be the reason for the gain.
06/12 - 211.8lb. Managed a 9K run today and feel pretty good because of it.
06/13 - 211.8lb. Frustrated the scale isn’t moving- hopefully it will come.
06/14 - 210.8lb. Back to where I started this round. Hopefully a couple of losses will follow to get me to a new low. Quick gym session today- cut short due to a horrible stitch which wouldn’t go away on my treadmill HiiT workout.
06/15 - 210.4lb. Didn’t really eat a main meal last night. Felt sick after the gym. A loss is a loss though. Did an 8K run in the evening.
06/16 - 208.8lb. Big-ish loss on the scale today. It’ll be a result of not much eating last night. My body often does this- holds firm on weight for a while and then a big loss. Fully expecting a week of fluctuations now. Did a 7k run tonight, which was tough as I picked a hilly route.
06/17 -208.2lb. Fell well short of calories yesterday so need to up them today. My lower back is twinging a bit, so will stay off running for a couple of days.
06/18 - 209lb. Back up- but expected it as I actually ate my calorie allowance.
06/19 -210.2lb! Wow!
06/20 - 209.4lb. Suppose I’ll take that. 1.6lb down and although I wanted to lose more I have had a good round. Massively increased by exercise and feel much better for it.7 -
