51 slidin’ in this 40s thread. Still about 10-12 lbs over my normal weight after a pandemic 20lb gain 😒

My goals isn't Aesthetics, it just happens to be a byproduct of my strength training so I literally never take pictures of me flexing or the like. Muscles are there, but what weight I move concerns me.
I'm 51 in this pic with my covid hair 😅😅😅
I'm at least 240lbs here probably close to 250lbs but I rarely weigh myself so unsure exactly.
