@starrjulia8 I had to chuckle at “it was 90 degrees” because when I got up at 7:30 this morning it was already 96, 2 hours later 102 degrees! I believe a vat of ice cream to SIT IN might be in order this afternoon! Although it’s only supposed to be 114 this afternoon. A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE DESERT!
Hopefully a picture of the quail is on this post. They were walking under my sewing room window. I don’t know what I have done!

Told me I couldn’t post in this category but then it did. WTF? Round 156 is posted without a pretty graphic because after trying for over an hour, I was/am totally frustrated!

🏃 07/06: 154.6I'm back! I was gone all year. Last year, I lost 40 lbs, but gained 10+ back. I don't want to gain anymore. I seem to be able to bounce back and forth between this weight and 150. Sharing my numbers with this forum seems to help make actually progress, so here I am!
    🏃 07/07: 152.8
I know in the beginning, the loss is mostly water weight and likely bloat in general, but I still like it!
    🏃 07/08: 150.2
I have been cutting out snacking. I know some of this is still water weight, but I'll take it!
