@PrimalJillian, How many days since your reaction? I think your body can take up to a week, I guess maybe more depending on the severity, to clear itself of insect venom. I was once stung by a wasp several times and it took 3 days for the tiredness to leave my system.3

Challenge for this round is to continue yet again to work back towards maintanence – any loss will be a win! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.
Covid restictions have mostly been lifted in England – we have reached “freedom day”, but remember there is still a pandemic, continue to wash hands, be kind, wear a mask in crowded indoor settings, always consider others.Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

7/24: 171.0 (beautiful moon last night, with high scudding clouds; yesterday's jog went better (d3w7 of c25k) and I got much further in the same amount of time, which is encouraging. I did each of weeks 1 to 5 twice, but once I got to week 6, it seemed to go better and I stopped repeating weeks. I also went for a long woods walk, but turned back because the mosquitoes were unbelievable; clever ones were biting me right through my mosquito jacket and my bug cream was not impressing them. Ate some more bunchberries and a couple of raspberries, but the raspberry crop is bad. Blackberries are all still green, but there are loads of them. If the rain holds off today, I'll go off and pick more wild blueberries.)

7/21 - 245.8 (+.4) I’m actually up from yesterday, which is a surprise. I struggled eating enough because of my schedule. I’m really tired today and need to plan my meals so I get enough calories. Who would have guessed I’d have days when I didn’t eat enough? I worked out at Orange Theory Fitness so had additional calories I needed to eat to make up for the intense exercise.
7/22 - 245 (-.4) Yay! A little at a time. Today is my swim day. I love going to the pool.
7/23 - 244.8 (-.6) Darn! I was hoping for a bigger loss. Oh well, still on the way down. Swimming was wonderful yesterday. Today’s Orange Theory Fitness. I bought an Apple Watch and am curious to see how it syncs with MFP. The Olympics start today and I’m always so inspired by the athletes.
7/24 244 (-1.4) Now that feels good. Today is my weekly indulgence meal so the scale will be up in the next two days and then I hope to see it drop back down. I try to schedule the indulgence meal when I’m meeting a friend so it’s a double treat. I did close all my Apple rings yesterday on my brand new watch. I can see how this is motivational.

It was last week Friday. I think that's part of what's making me so tired, but it also occurred to me that our air quality is not very good right now because of the wildfires. I don't have ac, so at night I have fans pulling in the cooler air from outside. I think that might be part of the issue. I'm not usually so affected by decreased air quality, but my body is still recovering from a major event.7 -

21: 207.2 Last round was tough because of the anaphylaxis and rolling my ankle, but I'm finally feeling mostly better. Hopefully, I'll be able to get back on an elliptical tomorrow. I'm ready to make the most of these 10 days.

23: 205.1 Feeling really exhausted for some reason. Trying to rest enough to get a few necessary things done.
