I didn't install the app for my scale until the 15th of July but I remember my weight being 267 when I first weighed myself. I can take screenshots of my phone to verify the numbers.
I got injured of Feb 2020 which required 2 surgeries to correct. During that time I put on a substantial amount of weight. I am still going to PT due to complications hindering my recovery. The mental and emotional toll has been extreme to say the least. At the beginning of this month I decided to take matters into my own hands and take back control of my life, weight, health and overall happiness.

My name is Donna and I am 61 years old. I am from the Midwest USA. 5’ 5
I will be keeping the Thursday weigh-in (in addition to the 1st and last day of the month for the full tally)
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
Original Starting Weight (2016) 253.0
July start Weight: 196.4 (Weight on June 30th, 2021)
July Goal Weight: 191.4 (5 lb loss)
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know when I get there).
July 01 : 197.6 Not such a great start. Focusing on a great finish! Good Luck Everyone and Thanks Samantha for continuing this challenge.
July 08 : 198.4 A couple of days of Thai Food. Hopefully it is water retention that I will pee out over the next couple of days.
July 15: 196.8 Progress. The scale is going up and down all week, but it is going lower and trending lower too. Every time I touch a new weight, it becomes attainable, even if it wavers. Next week will be even better, I am still feeling very committed.
July 22: 194.2 Landed on progress this past week. I’m grateful because there were a few weak moments that I’m not super proud of. Overall, I just tried to stay focused as best I could. The 5 pound loss seems illusive at this time, but I’ll take any progress this week. Every pound lost is such a chore at my age!
July 29: 194.2 A bit of an up & down week but everytime the weight tried to get away, I stretch my proverbial hands out and drag it back toward me and the better place I am working hard to keep myself in. I’m still the driver and I am steering clear of backsliding! Travel today with dinner out may cause some water retention. I am hoping it does not adversely affect my final weigh-in as I will not allow one meal to change my course permanently!
July 31 : xxxxx

I'm doing a variation of OMAD, Keto and Carnivore with Fasting. I've done two 3day fasts this month and lost about 16lbs by doing so. I do light exercise but it was mostly my Fasting days that helped me to lose weight and doing IF of 16/8 or eating once (sometimes I eat lunch then don't eat till the next day since I'm not hungry so OMAD) and some days I just don't eat for the same reason.2 -

Congrats on 16 pounds in a month, woohoo!! Love hearing how you adapt it to your hunger levels, rjason.
Also, to answer marina50plus, I do IF but 4:3 and eat within a 16:8 window (so combo of two types) I have a sister who's been doing OMAD since the end of March. She had already lost 70+ pounds but was frustrated with nitpicking calories so, she switched to OMAD. She loves getting home from work, eating anything she wants (literally) and then she's done. Definitely not for everyone but...she's down almost 40 pounds more since March, off all her meds and feels like a million bucks. (lost much faster than her earlier pounds and she's so much happier, and about 10 lbs away from ultimate goal. editing to add: she does do one "normal" day a week she calls her "cheat" day where she eats throughout the day so, 6 days OMAD)2 -
