08/01 – 191.4 Didn’t have much time to eat yesterday and dinner was very late (within 1 hour of bed). No water here since yesterday morning due to well problems. Seal was fixed (???) but no one can get the pump primed. Perhaps the check gauge went out when it was turned off? IDK but this is horrible!

July was a difficult month, poor eating habits and lack of accountability.
Hoping to take things a day at a time this month, and try to choose healthier options.
Also I have bad acid reflux and need to manage my diet inorder to avoid sleepless nights.
Exercise in the past has also motivated me to keep positive and disciplined so am going to push for that more than ever this month.

I completely failed with my goal last month. Most probably due to my vacation where I drink many G&Ts and ate a lot of charcuterie as well as all the restaurant meals. This months goal is to get back to get under 120. I'm going back to daily weighing as well.
