    @langstontl - Hopefully with so much watermelon it is just water retention! I was snacking on cheese yesterday and while good and filling ... I too ate too much of it ... more than planned. But our journey continues!
    Congrats on tackling the weight in your mid 50s!

    9/8 64.0 weekend over indulgences.
    10/8 64.0 weekends really cause me to back track. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Jogged
    11/8 64.0 Pankcakes and Milk tarts not a good combination for weight loss... lets see what my weight will be tomorrow.
