Not smoking rates pretty high up there too.
Fasting doesn't rate at all - eat a reasonably nutritious diet and keep your weight at a reasonable level - sure.
But whether you do that by any version of fasting - entirely optional.
And as I have mentioned before, anyone on the internet can say they are anything.
I can be a doctor too or a fire-fighter or a scientist or whatever I like that I think adds authority to my posts.,

Since the OP has stated (in another thread) that he is in Costa Rica, I'm going to assume they have very different medical regulations.
If (as he stated) CR has free socialized medicine I would imagine that lends itself to all kinds of poor advice by just about anyone.
The problem with all of his claims is that there is a kernel of truth in them (just like many weight and nutrition myths,) but he twists them and then states them in absolutes as if they are the magic golden plates...6 -

Since I've been unemployed, my socialized healthcare through the VA has been free. Aside from female-specific care, it's no worse than BCBS, and in many cases better.3 -

I vote for cheeseburgers. Controversial opinion, I know. But cheeseburgers > peanut butter cups.2 -
Cheeseburger. The ceiling is higher for a good burger and it's more satiating.
Reeses are amazing though, so there's no wrong answer1 -
There’s always this, when you’re desperate. It’s pretty darn good in coffee, pancakes, smoothies.

Why do my photos always come out sideways? Why? Why?? Why???3

Sorry @springlering62 : the syrups are good, no doubt, but you get a disagree when you stack them next to an actual peanut butter cup on a hamburger😇3

Honestly, the standard american diet gets more kitten than it deserves in fitness circles (and for the record, I didn't grow up with it).
Sure, it includes a lot of sugar (or high fructose corn syrup nowadays) as a source of cheap non-filling calories, but most historical diets included some source of cheap non-filling calories because in the past getting enough calories was more of a struggle than getting too many.
It's just that in most countries it was bread or rice since making things sweet was an expensive pain in the kitten...4 -

What about vanilla cones for $1 and ~240 to ~300 Cal all summer long... if the mcdonald's soft ice cream machine is WORKING?!?!?!
I mean, I have PROOF that if you eat 50+ of them in a year it MAKES you lose >70lbs -- because I did!*
*in conjunction with appropriate levels of caloric intake, activity, and exercise, results may not be typical, your individual experience may vary!5 -
👀 here for the cheeseburgers 🍔 😋2
