    Thanks for sharing and the insight with the timing. I will definitely remember that tidbit when I make my way there.

    Your daughter possibly already knows about these street artists work, but I think they create some clever visual illusions. I like trompe l’oeil techniques in art.

    The artists name are: Julian Beever, Edgar Mullër and Eduardo Rolero.

    They’re wonderful. And like an instrument or a sport, will only get better with practice. I particularly like the cat and the rooster. They have personality. I collect folk art. I guess that’s why they call to me.

    Speaking of folk art, this one is by Mississippi folk artist Elayne Goodman. I asked her about it and she doesn’t remember painting it and wasn’t familiar with the Klimt painting, but this is definitely one of hers, although is different from her usual recycled material or dot pieces.
