Oct 1: 169- on soft foods still since gum surgery yesterday but had to literally sit in my car for 20 minutes tonight and talk myself out of going into a store or fast food place and buying junk food just because it's Friday night. Came home and had sugar free jelly (jello) instead. Win!

Oct 6: 167- so excited for me this is a big deal as I am used to measuring my weight in stones (1 stone = 14lbs) this finally takes me under 12 stone to 11st 13lb. I've been stuck over 12 for months, even though I've got a long way to go it feels great to see the number 11 on the scale again as I thought maybe I was permanently stuck after working so hard in 2018 to get under 11..3 -

I seem to have found a way to control/minimize my bloating and wacky water weight fluctuations! Other than changing from 3 sets of resistance training exercises to 2, I have no idea what it would be. If I figure it out, I'll let y'all know...then bottle it!

I'm shocked it's not more then that! I've had really rough non-work, work day and had few drinks in evening. I've been going mainly alcohol free since spring. But I did go for an hour run too beforehand.
I think it's important that I learn to manage stress better long term, and still have time to make goal weight this month πͺ5 -

I was actually shocked, not pleasesntly, last evening how dehydrated I was last night based on my evening weight in (lower than my goal weight this month) so I know I'm headed in right direction. But dinner tonight4
