    1st October 306.6lbs (-1.3lbs) yay 😁
    2nd October 306.5lbs still a loss even though it’s tiny so I’m happy! 😃
    3rd October 307.4lbs bah!
    4th October 307.9lbs. That’ll teach me to keep drinking the water at weekends won’t it?! 😖
    5th October 306.4lbs whew! Glad to be back on track!
    6th October 306lbs. Only 0.4lbs down but still going in the right direction 😊
    7th October 304.5lbs yay! 1.5lbs down this morning! I’ve worked extra hard this week so this is a nice reward 😁
    8th October 303.0lbs yes!
    9th October 302.4lbs really delighted with the last few days. Not far now before I’m out of the 300s! 😁😁😁

    11th October 302.3 ah well, it couldn’t consistently go down forever and that’s not such a big gain. I can live with it 😊

    I'm skeptical of today's number - down a whole pound? I mean, ok, but I ate fries yesterday -- stayed in calorie count, but it was going to be fries or something much worse. To be honest, on days where you could commit murder for a food, I think that is your body telling you something. Maybe I've been really low on fat, because I've been eating lean for a while. Anyway, there's a chance tomorrow the scale will say 210. :)

    Oct 9 158.0 lbs. Had leftover pizza for dinner. Super salty. Tonight is Thanksgiving Dinner. I will try not to stuff myself with turkey and stuffing. Lol

    Oct 11 159.6 lbs my own fault. Ate well during
    the day, but I snacked on the damn
    chips and dip my mother-in-law

    211 to 380 in one day??? Umm, no. Got in touch with the manufacturer yesterday, and they're replacing the scale. So, yay. Until then, I don't have a scale, and we'll see if I can do this flying blind.
