    Thank you! So far I'm loving it. I definitely lack strength for some of the exercises or maybe I have too much weight still but the bodyweight exercises are harder than the ones with dumbbells for me.
    I've done epic beginner and am on day 3 of EPIC series 1. Definitely already seeing changes!

    I had an ooops on this one - I stepped up wrong, twisted my ankle, fell backward onto my butt and back! But... I just got up and finished it.
    I then did this one because I love tigers! Not a great calf wo though...
    I finished it all while my back and ankle hurt so I decided to skip my 3rd wo I had planned (29th day of my yoga series) :(
