Hi @DancingMoosie
Caroline is definitely harder- shorter rest periods, constant loading, some exercises were very difficult and I had to improvise. As I have done all of her programs since Nov 2020, I needed a change and a step back on intensity.
Sydney is very motivational and her workouts are extremely varied. I can still get a good strength workout in while giving my body a bit of a break for the next few weeks. I also just needed that mental change.

Just finished day 4 of "Strong" by Sydney Cummings (shout out Sydney squad! I see you guys!) I was a bit late starting since I was finishing "Shred." This is my 3rd Sydney program and I really like the way most workouts are structured. Most sets are time based instead of rep based (except amrap) so I feel like I can really go up in weight without rushing the lift or getting sloppy.2
