I got a new set of heavy duty bands for Christmas from my sister-in-law! Tried them out with this video, it's more of a show you what to do, pause the video and do 3 sets and then onto the next exercise. I really liked the bands!!!
My goal is to do this 3times a week and work my way up to 21 each exercise (the spinning I seem to get really dizzy, it will take time to get up to 21!)
After watching a review of different fitness influencers...I decided to try a workout by Caroline Girvan today. I've been following Sydney, and today was chest and triceps, so I just swapped the workout with the same body parts.
Then, I did the live step workout I missed Monday:
CDorner was live with the butt cracker at 8am
And then step at 11:30
Looking back, it says the leg/butt workout was an hour. I must have missed some of it, cause I didn't think I did that much, lol.🤷♀️
Just starting to get myself back in motion. Working from home on a kitchen chair for hours and not moving much has really made me stiff. I haven't been a yoga person before, but I want to try something new too. I will try lots of the suggested videos everyone has posted. Onward and upward for 2021!
