Wow this thread is fantastic! Not new to MFP or working out. But haven't been to my gym since March.

I just started working out at home this week after a few months hiatus.

Today I did a 45 min low impact workout from Popsugar. The guest instructor was from LIT fitness.

    Thanks for all the suggestions.

    Came across this

and even if she was too fast a few times, I decided to save the link. I actually figured out that it's best not to watch, once I roughly got the move and just work according to the rhythm, as that keeps me going at the right pace anyhow!

The other day I did a LIT workout myself. @babeisfit, is this what you tried?

Low impact as this may be, I sweat just like he promissed 😂.

Another challenging and cool one is

if you have a stability ball 😉.

@dewit No, it was a 45 min, they used bands for a bit of it. I could barely walk yesterday!

Today I did a 30 min abs/ butt . No equipment. Good, but I needed a little more.

This was a good arm workout with dumbells. No cardio in this one. I did 15 min of cardio after. My arms are going to hurt tomorrow - yay!

And of course I finished the upper body work when I got home last night!

This was a fun, quick, easy to follow, heart pumping cardio dance workout with good music.

This one was challenging and covered every part of the body. Lots of jumping but easy to modify.
My arms are store today because of planks.

This was a great glutes and legs workout. Hard, but not too hard. Of course, she was using 25 lb dumbbells and mine were 2!

This was hard for me. Although they gave a low impact option, I was sweating like crazy.

Really like these guys! I get to dip into my husbands weights!

And more upper body... After a while, with her, my 8#'s felt like 800#'s!
