Happy March, Strong Pals!!
I've tried something new the past two days for my morning movement -- I'm venturing beyond my typical Team Body Project sessions (but I will ALWAYS be a Projector for life. I ain't going anywhere.)
First, I began my day with a rapid ~3 mile outdoor walk in the glorious weather.

I used 3lb weights & went a little slower than her in this workout and the 3 lbs got quite heavy round 2-4!

There was no warm-up and I "knew" I should of warmed up but I just jumped in and on the 3rd round I pulled a quad muscle on a curtsy lunge. Live and learn!
