    Thanks @Deedoyle9721 for recommending the senior step wo!

    I finally found the above wo from Fit Outside the box that is at a pace I can keep up with!
    It's the most "beginner" beginner step workout I've come across. Very fun moves and easy to follow.

    First I did Karla's step and strength intervals that was live Friday (but I was at work)
    and then did her live step and box at 8:30

    I did this great beginner abs workout from MadFit. 15 minutes.

    It's great if your muscles are not that strong yet. A good primer.

    I liked this one... long slow sets so I can use challenging weights!



    and this guy... easy to follow, fast-paced, no-repeat workout & got my bpm in a good cardio zone.

    This was a DVD (now on youtube) I had many years ago. It was one of the yoga ones I liked (I'm not fond of yoga but my body needs it!) so I was happy to find this. Beginner level but slow gentle good stretch yoga!
