What youtube workout did you do today?

I ran a 5k with Paula B.! In my kitchen and barefoot! After it ended, I put some music on and jogged for 20 minutes around the island! I enjoyed this, really truly enjoyed this!!! If you like walking, she has some walking ones as well but there are many with many instructors to choose from... I had no idea I'd enjoy it this much... Until I can get outdoors, I'll use this (even though I could just do it without instruction or motivation but for some reason even though I like to run outdoors by myself, I like running in place and knowing someone else is doing it too).

I usually do one or 2, then have a coffee break, and then do another 1 or 2, lol1

I did this workout for the 3rd time in a week. I loved it so much. I had trouble with a couple of the moves and wanted to get the whole routine down. I like Steve because he'll give you a different option for one of his more difficult moves and you can do the easier one until you're able to conquer the more difficult one.

I have a hard time posting from my phone, so when I'm on my laptop I find it works. also, when you copy the url, you won't see the picture of the video, but if you click on preview, you'll see it. Then post.
Go to your youtube video, copy the URL and then come on MFP and paste into your comments, hit return, then preview to see it, and post. Hope that works for you.
I've become a fan of Sydney's strength workouts, but the cardio is too high impact for me. I should try her abs too.2 -
