I'm 56, terribly out of shape and just getting started. I perform in local musical theatre but am awful at dancing, so I was excited to find 567Broadway on YouTube! It's short workout sessions based on choreography to show tunes. So I can exercise and hone my craft at the same time!0

question, I have one of those stepper things, but I'm worried about the sounds for my downstairs neighbours... before I go try it, any opinions/personal experience? fwiw I work out in socks with rubber soles to try and reduce noise atm0

I would try it without risers and without bouncing first and see how it goes. You could also try an outdoor space, if available.0 -
