I did this workout for the 3rd time in a week. I loved it so much. I had trouble with a couple of the moves and wanted to get the whole routine down. I like Steve because he'll give you a different option for one of his more difficult moves and you can do the easier one until you're able to conquer the more difficult one.
Friday night I did the first of Karla's 3 day challenge.
Saturday I did a Steven Sansoucie step and a 4by4circuit workout.
Sunday I did the second of Karla's 3 day challenge and also a walking workout.
Working through some upper back pains these last few days, so I have to keep it low impact. Moving definitely helps me feel better though, so this one fit the bill nicely
