Just found this thread... I started to work-out this week, after a too long break.
Goal is 3x a week and starting with videos on YouTube (preferably full body that I can do at home )
What I got: yoga mat, light weights 3-8lb, 10lb KB, bands, jump rope, and treadmill.

I like consecutive day programs that are set so that I don't have to worry about what to do next.
I've done 21 day Clutch Cut by Ashley Conrad before (really good), but got a bit tired/bored with it.

I enjoy the accountability here and all the different workout videos! I like a different instructor and workouts every day... variety "The Spice of Life" lol I workout M-F, 40 min, doing weights/strength & yoga.1 -

Did this one again. I loved it. The choreography is great. It makes me long to take a live step class again. The weight segments are short so I used heavier than usual.
