    She usually uses heavy weights but today a different kind of workout using only 3 & 5# but still quite challenging!

    Happy March, Strong Pals!!

    I've tried something new the past two days for my morning movement -- I'm venturing beyond my typical Team Body Project sessions (but I will ALWAYS be a Projector for life. I ain't going anywhere. ;) )
    First, I began my day with a rapid ~3 mile outdoor walk in the glorious weather.
    Then, during my break between Zoom class instruction, I pressed play of Rick Bhullar's (YouTube channel Get Fit With Rick) 15-minute 2000 Steps Rock Walking Workout.

    Loved this one, had to borrow my hubby's 20 pounders for some of the exercises!


    I kinda used this as a burnout, doing her exercises at a fast rate.
