    Did these on Saturday. I added the walking one for steps. I never tried her before but I really enjoyed it except for the ads.


    Did this one on Sunday and then I played tennis.

    I used 3lb weights & went a little faster than her in this workout

    There was no warm-up and I "knew" I should of warmed up but I just jumped in and on the 3rd round I pulled a quad muscle on a curtsy lunge. Live and learn! :(


    So I changed my second wo from lower body w/. x x weights to a walking wo w/weights.

    Didn't do a youtube workout last night. It was so nice in my neck of the woods (Long Island, NY) that I decided to do a 3 mile walk around the neighborhood. I listen to audiobooks when I walk so the time goes by fast. Tonight it's going to be raining so I'll stay in and do a youtube workout.
