I liked the workout except the girl used 10#'s for every exercise?!? My side raises I use 5 #'s and my chest press I use 20 #'s and I also used my 10's & 12's. I don't agree with using 1 weight for each exercise but I did like the exercises!

The weights you choose depends on your strength level for each exercise and everyone is different. It's also possible not everyone has access to many different dumbbells, so she just picked one medium set she could use for everything.1 -

I haven't been exercising at all for the last few weeks. I hurt my back on Christmas Eve and I'm only now feeling better. I was doing the Dareabee Ironheart challenge and used too heavy weights for deadlifts. In all my years of exercising I've never injured myself. It was my own fault. I knew the weight was too heavy. That's a lesson I won't forget. Anway yesterday I did this Chris Dorner step workout and it was great. It felt so good to be back at it.

I did these two over the weekend. I loved the Mynd Tribe Fitness step! I'm going to do more of her step. Her Aussie terms threw me off a little bit but I just have to get used to her cueing. I've done the Jessica one many times after a step workout.

Did these workouts last night from Yanafit. First time for me. I only found her last week. On the main workout she had a link to a warm up and a cool down which I also did. I really enjoyed these workouts and look forward to doing more Yanafit workouts.
