    5.5 mile skate with 11mph winds on 50 calories... not the best idea, had to stop halfway through to eat my finish snack. Loved it though, would have gone longer but needed more food :(

    Out of all the cardio walking type workouts I do these guys always give me the highest BPM according to my fitbit :)

    Sciatica making my body feel very very strange but trying to keep moving... so this workout has a 3 min warmup, 18 min fabulous stretch and 17 min arm workout! :)
