    Only 2 sets of these with modifications for the burpees

    And 5 mins of this one - ran out of time but it was a good calf one!

    Really intetesting thread, there are tons of videos and they impact on different levels. I enjoy Chloe Bruce, maybe because its geared around Martial Arts but she truly lives up to "Perfect Human"

    This was a good upper body except for the 60 sec breaks, to me that's too long so I FF through them :)

    I recently came across this group and it's great. I tried my first fitness blender videos tonight and enjoyed it. This is going to be a great resource for workout ideas.

    I've been playing a lot of tennis so I haven't been doing my youtube workouts as much. Last night we got rained out though so I did this workout. As usual it was fantastic.
