Dec 2020 vs Sept 2021 70 lbs lost (estimated, don't actually know my heaviest weight)
(I lost a lot about 10 yrs ago...then let it creep back on)
Love your eyes. I bet when you have a few drinks your eyes 👀 are wide open 🤣. Old friend who we always tell her that we know when she’s had a few drinks because she looks wide eyed…5 -

You all look INCREDIBLE! I'm *only* about to page 165 on this thread over the course of a few weeks, but I love clicking through a few pages when I'm not feeling so great about my own progress. Especially when you're starting out and not seeing results, seeing other people's success is SO inspirational!
I especially love seeing the ones with the same outfit, starting out stretched/tight/barely fitting, then just hanging in the after pics! And it's so helpful when people post age/height/starting weights too, as that helps me believe I can do it, too
Thanks to all for helping me on my journey!22 -
wow, well done indeed!1

looking at these photos are all the inspiration I need!3

Amazing and inspirational pictures! Thank you all. The best thing is the before and after smile - the after smiles are often glowing, cheeky and one of accomplishment. The before one is often bordering on sad. I am on my own journey too - just not ready to post pictures!4

Images are December 2020 (170lbs) to today, October 2021 (160lbs). Really, I stared losing weight after I finished my masters degree in April of this year. So most of the weight has come off in the last 6 months. I'm excited to continue my strength training & see more results!!! Finally got back into a "real" gym for the first time in several years yesterday.34 -
