6/10/21-227.2 lbs-adjusted my keto WOE.
My usual seems to be a uptick for a few days before a drop, even though I stick to my calories, carbs, water and exercise for the day/week. Had been losing about 10 lbs/month. My goal is now 5 lbs for the month as it is probably going to slow down soon. I do my Elliptical 3x/week on my days off.

I can't exercise daily as I'm an RN and work long days 4/week. So I'm trying to make up for it on the 3 days, I can. I hadn't used it since pre 10/2015 when I had a Tibial Plateau fracture. I was off work for 7 months using a wheelchair and hopping with a walker for 15 weeks then had to learn to walk again. I only tried my elliptical again one day when it was pouring down rain all day and I couldn't go for my usual 3.4 mile walk. Actually glad now it rained and I tried it. I started at 72 minutes, because that's how long it took me for the walk. I never thought with the 3 plates and 20+ screws, at my left knee joint, I would be able to use it again. It is a much better workout than my walking and it has taken a lot of weight off my heavy legs. They are actually starting to look trim to me.4 -

11/8/2021 - returning from 12 days of vacation! Was hovering around 135 would be happy to be that when i return. Going to get stuff for vegan soups, salads, breads…. Simple meals with many vegetables. Need to try hot lemon water. Need to do some weights to help build muscles to drive my metabolism. Need to keep up my 1000 steps. Goal: 125. I have a closet full of new clothes that i cant wear.6

Hello everyone. So I am in again. I had a crazy October. My weight chart looked like a volatile stock. Crazy peaks and valleys. I love how Jill can show her weight graph. Once I figure on how to do it, I will share. I am 61 married Nana. I spent yesterday baking and I stuck to my calories and lost some weight. Go figure. My goal is to get to 179 lbs by December. Thanks for all members support. It does make a difference.

Hi there! I’m Athena, I’ve been struggling on and off with my weight for a good while and was recommended to try accountability buddies to help each other reach our goals. Thought this would be a good route for that! Let’s see if we can survive turkey day! 😆
My plan for the weeks ahead are to focus on eating at home and only go out to eat on Saturdays/Sundays (restaurant/fast food) and to focus on portion controlling. I’m also planning to work out for an hour three times a week.
Currently, I am only 4 pounds away from my heaviest but determined to make that number bigger this month.
