11/02.β¦..189.0β¦..(Trend Weight 187.8)β¦.. Scale down. Trend up. Not good. Iβm going to work harder in November. October was a mess. Especially with surgery and so much long-distance medical travel. Even with Thanksgiving coming up this month, I hope things will be much much better.

Today I will pawn the leftovers off on my workers and make a good dietary plan regardless of what the others in the house do. Today I take my grandsons to their hair appointments. I always get them lunch or dinner afterward (dinner today because itβs a school day). I will not be ordering for myself. Getting serious here . I need a good streak!

11/09.β¦..189.6β¦..(Trend Weight 188.4)β¦.. No TMI again. Very early weigh-in after, essentially, no sleep and all those other excuses. Yesterday it was not on my daughter. It was on me. I know what good habits are. I know what low calorie is and what low carb can do to help me. I recognize the right foods. Itβs time to stop glancing at it all and start staring at what I need to do. It has been out of control since just before my surgery.

9/14/20-255 lbs-started new job without a micromanager and loss without trying.
5/3/21-240.5 lbs Emergency gallbladder surgery. First and last attack!
5/14/21-232.2 lbs- started MFP, Keto.
6/10/21-227.2 lbs-adjusted my keto WOE.
My usual seems to be a uptick for a few days before a drop, even though I stick to my calories, carbs, water and exercise for the day/week. Had been losing about 10 lbs/month. My goal is now 5 lbs for the month as it is probably going to slow down soon. I do my Elliptical 3x/week on my days off.
November goal-to lose @ least 5 lbs- 176.8 lbs or less!

November 8 - 198.8 (Food was good yesterday and my exercise was the most it's been all month. Time of the month started.)
November 9 - 198.6 (Donated blood yesterday and had a great food day. Lots of exercise already today so hoping to see the scale down even more tomorrow.)

Hello everyone. So I am in again. I had a crazy October. My weight chart looked like a volatile stock. Crazy peaks and valleys. I love how Jill can show her weight graph. Once I figure on how to do it, I will share. I am 61 married Nana. I spent yesterday baking and I stuck to my calories and lost some weight. Go figure. My goal is to get to 179 lbs by December. Thanks for all members support. It does make a difference.
