    @Arc2Arc Totally get it.. I had the same experience. If I were following the MFP recommendations right now I'd be losing way too fast.

    I started at 293 and even set at losing 2 lbs/week I'd consistently lose more. Over time I started tracking my own data and setting my own calorie goal.
