Hello , I'm new to this site. Just a dad and husband trying to loose some weight so I can keep up with the little one ! Looking to lose around 30-40 lbs by diet and workouts.

Hey there! Mom to 4 littles here! Just want to say it can seem tough to find the time to workout with young children, and tougher not to get into their snacks 😒 but if you set your mind to it, you can definitely accomplish your goals. I am starting over after having my 4th but the last time I started eating better and working out, I lost 22lbs before I found out I was pregnant again. If your kid is old enough, they may even want to join in with your workouts and that helps me a lot to stay motivated because they have so much fun. I know you can do this! If you’re looking for friends, feel free to add me…I’m not sure how to do it myself. Lol.0
