I was MIA for a bit! Too much going on to take care of me. Can't put me to the side any more. Wanna change my weigh in day to Tuesday and get my head outta my butt cave and do this for ME!!

AAAAAAAAND AUNT FLO HIT LAST NIGHT!! Y'all I still had a lil progress with the red demon showing her ugly π face!! Hahaha now this week really gotta focus cause I can gain a solid 10 when she is here!! Water water water!! Eat mindfully!! Got a full week of work sooooo I know I'll at least get that movement in!! Getting up so early and leaving soooooo early is for the birds πππππI'm ready for homeschool hours then I can get up work out teach kids and then go make $$$$!!

Oooh, I can relate to this entire thread! I've gained and lost and gained and lost so many pounds over the years, I should be hanging from a charm bracelet by now. LOL! I need support and am a great supporter to my friends, so please ADD ME!1

AUNT FLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I swear she gets me every damn time....it's ok it's ok. I will recover and drop big again next week!! I am super happy I kept it to 2 lbs gain!! That's a win!! Last few months it's been a solid 5 gain every month!! Sooooo happy!! More water for me today I feel all dried out!! Also changed my schedule so working out is happening!! Progress!! Dropped some dead weight at work and things are looking up up and away!!! Yah yah!!
Way to go all you shrinkers!!! So proud of all the losses and super proud of the ones who are still going when the struggle is REAL!!

Wow I was late getting on the scale this week but I made it before the deadline woo woo

I will take it as a big win!! 2lbs a week until February 27 that is my bday!! I wanna be at my goal 150 by then!! This is a very realistic goal that I know I can accomplish!! Emotional stress will be there hardest to fight that *kitten* is a black belt!! But I am not gonna fight her head on gonna come in like an Apache and take her out while she sleeps!! I am doing this for me!! I will be 39 this year and I swear I will not struggle with weight in my 40s!!! I will be in maintenance and strong!! Thank you for the cranberry juice idea going shopping today and I will grab some devil juice and give it a whirl!! Y'all have a beautiful day!!!2 -

I feel like this will be lower this weekend but like I said I want the high number to fall and look πππππππππππππππIT IS YALL IT IS!! So gonna keep with the plan Stan!! Things are starting to drop!! I haven't been able to get up and work out this week. Hubby been keeping up late....y'all know what I'm saying!! Lil late night yoga and some line dancing hahahah oh yeah I'm a lucky lady!! So morning workouts haven't happened!! I will get a couple workouts in this weekend!! I need three days this week and I happen to have 3 days left in the week!! So I got this!!

I dropped my cleaning business!! So maybe now I will be able to focus on myself and the things I love!! Gonna take a progress photo each week and weigh in everyday again!! 1500 calories a day and work out 4 days a week!! Water water water!! I need to do better at taking pictures so I can see the progress. I just started the journey AGAIN! So, sick of starting over. But this week has been good. I am also weighing every day. For me, as long as I am watching it daily, I do better. And logging, my best success in the past happened when I logged every day. With 5 kids, all active in sports, it is very hard to make sure I am taking time to focus on myself, but I am going to try really hard! Good luck on your journey @Be_theBest_Me!2

Ok so last week I broke when I stepped on the scale cried my eyes out and just couldn't fix it so I just fell into it more. Last week 194 this week 190 pms wrecked me. Then the holidays! Next is my kiddos 13th bday!! I'm gonna make a deficit this week!! Lort help me!! Y'all money sucks and it gives me anxiety...I can manage that. Being at home what husband 24 7 is killing me. He wakes up grumpy and rude and looking to fight!! If I engage it's an all day grudge match. If I don't then I feel crappy all day and I eat and eat and eat!! We have talked about it....for 15 years!!! It makes me nuts!! I gotta figure out how to control this emotional eating trigger!! Come on Lacey head outta the butt cave and in the game!!! *kitten* fire save the matches!

I BEEN WORKING OUTSIDE ALL MORNING!! It's a Lil chilly so not sweating but I am lifting bending giving my muscles something to remember.....yell out timber when I fall to the couch later!!!( If ya know the song ya know the song πππ€£π€£) I am trying to stay out of the mental fog and in the present!!
