    If you are feeling that weighing each day is not for you then do it less often. Some people on this thread weigh weekly or twice weekly.

    I find for myself that when I weigh daily I eat less the night before than I would if I knew that I wasn't. Silly I know, but it works for me.
    I can see at a glance when things should be avoided or cut back if they are always causing a raise.

    It also can be very frustrating when there is a weight fluctuation for no apparent reason! In that case if I was weighing weekly and it happened to fall on a weigh day then I would be very upset with working hard all week and seeing a gain.

    Lol, psychological games that we play with ourselves to try and achieve our goals. Whatever works.

    @dawnbgethealthy you're so right here. my first two weeks in and I've been weighing daily, but I'm going to switch it to every Thursdays now. I'm hoping my random weight flucuactions don't fall on that day too 😂 because like you said if you've worked hard all week and see these flucuactions it would be upsetting. But I need to remind myself they're normal too. ❤️
