03/03.…..196.2…..(Trend Weight 196.6}….. The well company made an adjustment and we’re hoping the bladder is okay. So I didn’t have to put out the extra $900 yesterday. Let’s hope this works! An average day yesterday with food and exercise/movement yet there is a drop. I just keep bouncing back & forth and my inconsistencies are showing up on the scale with inconsistent weights. Perhaps that will speak to me loud enough.

I started my weight loss journey because of high blood pressure, the doc threatened lifelong medication if I didn't lose weight.
You are 6' so what is your ultimate healthy goal weight?2 -
Hi. I am Dawn. 61, 5'2"
I joined MFP in October of 2018 and have lost over 50 pounds.
My ideal healthy body weight is 110-118, so I have quite a long way to go yet.
I have gained 10 pounds over the past year, so I first have to undo that.
3/01 - 138.2 - Day 2 of a cleanse/reset
3/02 - 137.0 - Eliminating: dairy, wheat, grapes, fungus (mushrooms etc.), sugar, and anything fermented like vinegar. Mostly missing my morning cream in my coffee, but I am way less bloated after my coffee than previously.
3/03 - 137.2 - Getting slowly used to the copious amounts of brown rice.

So quick to put it on, so very long to take it off.
Lifestyle reset is not short term. I will re-evaluate what I am putting into my body after I begin to reintroduce certain things back into my diet after this cleanse. I really needed to change things up so I can figure out what was not serving me.4 -

Alas, I am already on HBP meds and insulin, thanks to life choices and laziness. But all choices are exactly what we wanted most at the moment. So while regretting them is a waste of time, we can work to make better ones.
When I got married 40 years ago, I was 128 pounds and 6 feet tall. Probably a little extreme for a goal weight, eh?
I am trying not to think about ultimate goals. I will settle for losing weight this month and getting 20 pounds or so off by June -- maybe I can fit into a bikini. But to give you a straight answer I "would love" to get down to 185. But first, I need to deal with March.

For Lent I’m committed to walk 100 miles in March (usual target but I’ve not done it since October), 1 strength training class in person and 1-2 virtual classes per week, no alcohol, journal my food, water over diet cokes, and NO snickers at the grocery store!
