I'll be your cheerleader!

Hey! I've been on and off the fitness train more times than I care to admit. My biggest struggle is retaining motivation due to the fact that I despise traditional style fitness (i.e: going to the gym).

I find that I am most engaged with exercises that don't make me feel like I'm exercising (manual labor, dancing, yoga trapeze, pole, VR Gaming etc).

I've decided that I need to get back in the saddle and would enjoy making friends and cheering people on, while also having people help me stay accountable on my goals.

My fitness goals are simply to be healthier and stronger. Nothing more.

    I would love to join in. I am desperate for an accountability friend or more. I go to water aerobics 3 days a week when it allows. My problem is with food. Help!
