Good morning everyone! Hope you all had a good week:) I made it with the water ( 8 cups everyday) and exercise (3896 for the week) and tried for the sleep one. I went to bed early almost every night but my 4 yr old and 10 yr old are getting sick so they aren't sleeping well. And everyone knows when the kids don't sleep well the mom doesn't either. Still had a decent loss though.

Good morning! Hope everyone had a great week! Last week I drank 8-9 cups of water daily, burned 5,847 calories and got 7 hours of sleep each evening. Hubba-Hubba keep on keeping on! You can do this!

my calorie burn was 3275(my goal was 4500 with another challenge,,,using myHRM the calories are much lower, so i need to work longer)...i drink at least 10-12 glasses and on one a week about 130oz of water.....sleep is no problem ....
i was eating back my calories and had not seen the scale move, since sept 1 i have not eaten back the calories, for me i think that its working....going to the gym now will check in later....have a great day all:flowerforyou:0 -

Happy Monday everyone! Went MIA this weekend, but managed to lose .6 lbs despite not logging and exercising like I should. Am definitely planning on a bigger loss this week! Weight is 194.0
Sooo glad to see all the posts about how awesome we are (because ALL of us have awesomeness inside!). Loved all of them. . .i really did.

Well Not the best weigh in for me with a gain of 1lb!! I know its sometimes just the way the body reacts and holds water weight or what have you.. I know the weights comming off and Im getting healthier & stronger by the day...
