    my calorie burn was 3275(my goal was 4500 with another challenge,,,using myHRM the calories are much lower, so i need to work longer)...i drink at least 10-12 glasses and on one a week about 130oz of water.....sleep is no problem ....

    i was eating back my calories and had not seen the scale move, since sept 1 i have not eaten back the calories, for me i think that its working....going to the gym now will check in later....have a great day all:flowerforyou:

    Good morning! Hope everyone had a great week! Last week I drank 8-9 cups of water daily, burned 5,847 calories and got 7 hours of sleep each evening. Hubba-Hubba keep on keeping on! You can do this!

    Happy Monday everyone! Went MIA this weekend, but managed to lose .6 lbs despite not logging and exercising like I should. Am definitely planning on a bigger loss this week! Weight is 194.0

    Sooo glad to see all the posts about how awesome we are (because ALL of us have awesomeness inside!). Loved all of them. . .i really did.

    Here's to another week of working toward our goals. . .with your support I really feel like I can get there!

    Ok, I'm glad it wasn't just me having a bad week. I didn't log everything,and ate everything not tied down! :-) Plus I was at my son's school carnival and Disneyland this week, and we all know how healthy it is to eat there.

    Yay went down and this time I feel like it's my accurate weight, just because I decided to cut out all frozen foods that are loaded with sodium. I didn't go over it once and I always do:)

    Good morning all! Sunny and a bit chilly here in NJ right now! Congratulations to everyone who lost weight this week......and for those who didn't, it's the start of a brand new week and you can do it!
    I noticed a few posts were saying how many calories you burned this past week. I went back and checked mine...looks like 2255 calories burned doing exercise this week and I didn't miss a day. Yay for me! Also I stayed on track everyday as far as eating was concerned.
    Drinking water...I'm a failure! I try, really I do, but the only time I seem to actually finish a bottle of water is during and after exercise. The rest of the day the water just sits there. I also rarely get enough sleep at night. I'm a night owl, and then I'm up by 6 AM everyday even if I don't have to get up. Must have something to do with getting older, lol!
    So, my goal for this week will be to try and drink more water.....but I'm grimacing as I say that. ;)

    I'm the same weight. :) I've been good all week, but of course that doesn't always reflect in the scale... which is fine by me. It's still reflected in tape measurements and my pants fitting better, so I'm happy with that!
