    Well, this is going in the wrong direction! It was hubby's birthday dinner on Friday and I didn't go the healthy route, but still, not 2 pounds worth, we'll see what the scale looks like after I get done with TOM bloating later this week.

    Good Morning!

    Well, I guess technically it is a loss... however small. I'm glad this challenge started in September!

    I'm beginning to get nervous because next week I will be on vacation. But I'm hoping to balance all of the eating out with as many physical activities that I can fit in as well. I love to bike and am hoping to take paddleboard lessons as well!

    Thanks so much! I'm very excited to be back down to finally weighing what I did before I had my last baby ten years ago. That's a long time to carry around pregnancy fat lol.

    I hear ya! I have about 17 more lbs to go to get where I was before my last was conceived. :grumble: <Sigh...> Slowly... but SURELY!

    Way to go for getting there!

    I hope I got my weight in on time. Sorry I was pushing it. I didn't gain or lose this week but I think maybe it's because I went over on sodium the day before. I had a good week with cals, water, and exercise. Hoping for a loss next week. Two more pounds and I will be the weight I was before I got pregnant with my first kid. I went shopping today and all the pants were too big! Yay NSV!
